Can you tell me what the measurements are for the neck hole and the bottom of the main piece? I'm trying to make one for my partner, but having a hard time with sizing.
The neck measurement is included in the video
Okay lets fix the sizing problem
What size does your partner wear? and what yarn and hook are you using ?
@@priyacrochets Found the neck measurement. Thanks!
Sizing varies a lot, but I took measurements. They are 18" from shoulder to shoulder and 21" from arm to arm, inclusive.
I'm using a 4mm hook and the Cotton Kings Sultan yarn.
I started again and added way more to the chain and the 1st row measures about 16.5" across (33" total).
Do you have a written pattern for this? Love this top but I just cannot follow videos lol
No I don’t for now🙏🏽. I am still learning how to write patterns. I will soon though, when I put it out, I will let you know❤️
Hi how are you ? My daughter lives this. Thank you so much ❤❤❤
Awww… I am glad you enjoyed the tutorial. Thank you🙏🏾💕
Loves loves this
Thank you🙏🏽
In the start, the chain 84 can work for any size right? Me being a size small?
Yes it can, it should measure 22.5inches.. I show how your foundation stitch should fit in 55:10
If it’s bigger downside your hook to 5:00mm or 4:5mm
Lindo¡!¡!💛🧡🖤🧡💙💛
Gracias 🙏🏾🤍🖤
Hellooo I’d love to increase in row nine but I don’t know how many stitches to make and where to make the 5 chains 😥
Your increases depend on what you want to achieve-whether you want the shrug to be loose or fitted, and the size you’re making it for. Don’t worry too much about the exact placement of your chain 5s or the number of stitches. Simply add them randomly, making sure to create enough chain spaces to achieve your desired fit as you increase.
I hope this helps!
Feel free to let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to adjust!
@@priyacrochets thank you so much ☺️
You are welcome 🤗
What happened in row 6. I have less stitches. After thirteenth mesh, my row is finished
Row 6 -ch 3, 11 mesh, ch5, sk 5sts,
12mesh ,5ch(i guess this is where the mistake is from),
13 mesh, 5ch
Then I dc
Recount your stitches
With this tutorial is it possible to control the width of the sleeves and the length of the front and post part?
Yes it is … i teach how in the video… all you need is your measurements, then follow through with my instructions in the video 1:11 to 3:50… I left both audio and written instructions. And watch the video till the end I also demonstrated how to get the proper fit 55:06. I hope I answered your questions 💕
Thank u sm🩷
You are welcome 💕
How can I make a longer version of this ?
Simple just go round with mesh stitches and chain spaces after making the sleeves till you get to your desired length
I redid row 4 twice and i keep ending with 2dc and not 4dc
Please can you recount your stitches in Row 3 🙏🏽
@@priyacrochets thank you I got it straight.
@@priyacrochets what row do I follow to inc row 9?
Wiiiiiiii ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you🙏🏾💕
Is there anywhere I can purchase this written pattern? 💕
No I don’t have one for now. When I create one I will let you know.. But you can work with the video tutorial and if you have any questions I will be glad to respond 💕
How many yarn did you use?
I made use of 4 acrylic balls of yarn weighing (50g) because I doubled the yarn. If you are working with a single dk weight yarn .. 2 balls of yarn (100grams) should be more than enough
How many grams did you use?
I already answered this in the comments… please check 🙏🏾
You’re gorgeous
Thank you 😊🙏🏽
Lovely! Can I make mine too?🥺❤️
How many balls of yarn did you use?
Yes you can, the pattern is really easy. If you experience any difficulty, leave a comment. I am always glad to help
@@priyacrochets thank you so much🥰 how many balls of yarn did you use?

When using a cotton yarn chain loosely as it doesn’t stretch as much as an acrylic yarn

I wish I could, but I don’t speak Turkish
this is such an amazing tutorial but i’m so confused on how to start the sleeves 😭🥲
Where do you find confusing ?
@@priyacrochets i increased on the 9th row to allow it sit properly on my shoulders and i ended up with 66 mesh stitches in total. how do i count to know where to start the sleeves from & do i count the chain5 as one stitch even though it’s wider than the normal mesh stitch. i don’t know if you understand what i’m trying to explain 😭
56:23 - I show how to identify where to start chaining to create the armhole for your sleeves.
Please watch it again remember you don’t have to have the same amount of chains or stitches with me because of size difference or tension .
And for the chains to start making your armhole you can chain as much as I did and wear it on your body
If it’s tight increase your chains, if it’s loose decrease your chains
And you chain 5 counts as 5 stitches.
I hope this helps, if you are still confused
You can reach out to me on instagram with pictures of your wip ❤️
@@priyacrochets thank you so much. you’re an angel 🤍
You are welcome ❤️. I will love to see how yours turned out 💕
