i used to think charlotte was french..but she is not?..explain to me please..i dont get it..she is half italian, half american, half monegasque, half french..wow..lucky girl...

No no no. You can only be half what your parents are. Her mother is half american. Charlotte is not. She's monégasque (native people from monaco). Her farher is italian so she can speak italian. French is the language of monaco and they learn english is school.
Here in europe we don't focus that much about being half this or half that. She could say she's half italian but that's it. It's an american thing to focus on where you're from and all that. Kinda weird for us..

She is French people.... Monaco is a part of french Land.. its is only an independent state because they have a head for the principality ... if there were no more heirs produced it would return back to french government... so she is FRENCH/ ITALIAN
