Greetings from 🇦🇺 my friend,Dan's Homebrews here, I've just brewed a batch of this mangrove jacks blonde dry with 500g of rice Malt, finishing hops, alpha dry enzyme, and SAF S23 Yeast at 18°c, Sg of 1.041 and Fg of 1.006, approximately 4.6% ABV with an 85% attenuation, taste test before bottling was promising, thanks for your review, eager to have a nip when it's carbonated and chilled, just threw down another batch already straight after bottling, this time without the hops and with 1kg of Brown cane sugar at 1.040 Sg with a Target Abv of 4% if it turns out the way I'd like it too I intent to call it "sweet blonde" Keep up the vids mate 👍
Hi Mate, really miss your videos. Life moves on but sometimes not for the best. I brew kits here in South Australia. Coopers being our local brand. Whenever I take a chance and a recipe doesn't go quite how I like I always go back to your basics of 1, the kit, 2, 680grm of malt extract and 680grm of liquid glucose. If I do that I nail it every time. Anyway, hope your well and still brewing. I'll check in now and then to see if your back on yt. Cheers mate.
You have to stop disappearing for months lol , love the beer kit reviews looking forward to watching this one .
Couldn't have said it better myself mate 👍🍺
