I used home made yeast in the mixture. To make a home made yeast you can use any fruit of your choice. I made it with plum but you can also use grapes, apple or apricot. Use hot water to mix.
Plum 2.5 Kg Sugar 1 kg Water 2.5 litres. I used my home made yeast ( also made with plum ) This will make around 7 litres of wine and if you are a drunkard like me it wont last even for a month. 🙂 Of course to make it last longer you need to bottle it properly.
@@pickles7734 I followed one of the videos on RUclips. Used my plum to make it. Fresh plum juice was extracted by crushing it with hand and kept it inside a bottle. The bottle was covered with the help of a ballon. After 3-4 days the ballon was filled with co2 which came out from the fermented plum. I used this same plum juice in the wine mixture. Basically just use any fresh fruit juice put it in a bottle and cover it with a ballon or air tight cap. You will have your home made yeast after 3-4 days.
@@henrynyabuto4892 The ideal way would be to ferment it and then store it in an airtight container with a wine cork but as I did not have all the necessary tools available with me I fermented it in a small glass jar and consumed it within a week. If you use an airtight container you can store it for longer periods of time. You can also use a rubber balloon as an alternative to a wine cork and release the co2 slowly by piercing holes into it as the balloon starts to get filled up with the fermented co2. Get some plums and try it out for yourself. You will really enjoy the process and learn a lot.

It lookS Yummylicious!!!👍I would like to suggest that you pick up a Ninja Blender to mash the fruit into good sized pieces for the yeast to eat easier!!!👍Happi Summer YounG One and Thanks for sharinG your video!!!✌🙏😇🌎🌹🌞🌹🍷🍷🍷

Can’t you do this without all the added sugar? I thought that was the point of the fruit
When do you add the yeast and what water should you use hot or cold?
