Thank you for this recipe and method. I make my own wine but I use my great grandfather's recipes and methods, while it makes excellent wine it's rather protracted and complicated. This seems to be much quicker and much simpler, and will allow me to process the fruit that I collect in the fall much more efficiently for wine

I hope no one actually follows this…… This is essentially prison wine. People interested in making an actual good wine should continue to watch other videos. Details matter in wine making.
