I was told at the camp what it was and not a dog (. Dog size black )This was not the only encounter 10 yrs from then between Pune and Lonavka at Malavli I was building a Buddhist retreat and the 2 monks were showing the land ahead slightly hilly with just thorny bushes . It was drizzling . We heard a kind of coughing somewhere nearby . All ignored as if normal I needed to go around the corner so I asked these two to get back and I will follow taking photographs of the terrainsi said . I went behind the bush and as I was done there was a cough and a growl and I knew it was in the same bush .... sounded hurt or injured . I ran to join those monks who had reached quite a distance . When I told them they were so matter of fact “ these bibtyas are stupid they go these thorny bushes and get it in their paws . They don’t do anything . There are about 6 of them here but they don’t harm the villagers”
Wow I felt so good both the times. Very elated !
