Best tutorial I've seen and I've watched a bunch. I am a gardener but am tired of spending money on real flower hanging baskets that I hang around my two-sided porch. They never seem to do too well after a few weeks and look like &#$#. They are expensive and a cost I incur each year I finally decided to make artificial ones but was concerned about wind pummelling them, knowing I would need to weigh them down somehow and ensure that the high winds didn't scoop up and out, the foam and flowers. Your video is the only one that shows weighing down the basket with pebbles, and shows how you attach the foam to the basket so as to avoid having the wind abscond with the flowers. Great instructions, and lovely basket. Thank you.
Looks lovely. Should you cut a small hole into the polythene at the bottom of the basket for drainage holes for rain or is that not necessary with an artificial basket. Thanks.
