And when the person in the truck stopped or another vehicle stopped then the man would come out and attack the driver of the vehicle.

Is it just me, or does it seem to be taking longer than ever before to solve crimes? We live in the digital age where we are constantly tracked by cell phones, one would think their exact whereabouts could be discovered within 24 hours...(wishful thinking) I pray they are found.😢
The gentleman in the center is either insensitive or does not need to be reporting on stories that are as intense and requires one to understand the reason for tight lips. This is a case that has had my interest since it first made the national news. I'm from the East Coast, but I've driven some of these forsaken roads like this in Kansas and other states, and I worried, without a reason to, about my car breaking down and other scenarios because of the vast expanse of absolute nothing. It can be eerie, whether day or nighttime. I 100% agree that the police are keeping facts close to their vests because they already know at whom to look and, perhaps, even where to look. It is heartbreaking, and we all know from other crimes that your family can hurt you like no one else verbally and physically, to the point of taking your life and thinking nothing of it. Whoever is found guilty of these ladies' disappearance deserves little mercy. I wish we had a way to instantaneously punish people who do things like this - give them 15 minutes to pray and are put to death then and there. It would go a long way in deterrence if nothing else. I'm truly hurt for the family of these ladies and hope that this case has a better ending than what it's looking to be. How this will affect the children is most profound. 😪🙏
If it was my family, I wouldn't be putting all of my trust in LE. I'd be talking to the media, sharing what I know, and I'd be asking lots of questions. I would definitely show the world that I care, in hopes that someone would come forward.
Several people in the know on other channels have said that those rehab places are n-o-t on lockdown; any patient can leave willingly at any time. I wouldn't exclude the ex yet, even for him doing or helping with the dirty deeds.
Parents this is why it's critical that when you're doing a custody exchange that you do it in a well lit, public space. Apparently there is a gas station 17 miles from the location there was spotted. This would've been a primary location to do a custom exchange, even if it requires you to travel further than the halfway point, it's better to be safe than sorry.
This was OK'd by a judge. I can't imagine a judge OK'ing a drop off/pick up spot at an abandoned gas station, unless it was surrounded by active businesses where there would be a fair number of people around. I've never been to this "4 Corners" place...it sounds like there would be businesses around there. I personally think the 2 women showed up to the pre-arranged meeting place, saw that the kids weren't there, and then decided to drive to grandma's place (the road they took would take them there) and a pre-arranged car followed them until they were at a desolate spot with no witnesses, then ran them off the road (the car was parked oddly, against traffic) and attacked them. Just IMHO.
Makes absolutely no sense to have a drop off and pick up point out in the middle of nowhere I was always told when I was helping my friend get her kids to meet in a public place where there's a lot of people and lots of cameras this makes no sense why they would have this area as a drop off and pick up point
Exactly. This "4 Corners" place sounds like it would have several businesses there, even if they were suppose to meet at an abandoned gas station right by there. Like you said, I can't imagine a judge OK'ing a drop off/pick up of kids somewhere desolate. My theory is that the 2 women d-i-d stop at the pre-arranged place but the kids never showed up, so they decided to continue on to Grandma's place, were followed and then ran off the road when they got to a desolate section of the road, with no witnesses. And then were assaulted and driven some place else, poor women.
It sounds like the custody battle has been going on since 2019. Grandma has the kids & mom wants custody. I think the kids are with their grandma now & have been with her for 5 years
I think someone who knew that the women would be driving on this road kidnapped them, but not necessarily in the place where the abandoned car was found. Or foul play or human trafficking possible
First question. Who stands to gain the most from the women's death/ disappearance? Who knew where they were going and their route? That is the second question. Third question. Who was meeting them? 4th question. Why does Grandma have the kids? 5 th. Are there dirty cops involved? As has been stated. That needs to be addressed. 6th Even if the children's father was in rehab, that doesn't give him an air-tight alibi! Grandma has lots of money. This whole thing could have been bought and paid for knowing he would have been in rehab and therefore " not responsible." People do hire hitmen, so to speak,to carry out their dirty work leaving them able to arrange an alibi. Oldest story in the book. 7th Why are the children being allowed to stay with any family members specially the Grandmother? If LE thinks that family is involved in this, that puts the children's lives at risk. Obviously, there are some people with some scary physiological problems here close to these children. If the LE are thinking it is family. This reminds me of Kindergarten Cop. The movie. You have psycho Grandma and just as bad father trying to find and kidnap a little boy. To keep him all to themselves and away from his mom. Watch the movie. Take the children from the Grandmother and see what she does? They would be safe at least.
It does seem like a set up. A car broken down on the road flags them down for help. Friend or foe. The story sounds like an old movie script. People not talking is wise. You don't always want people to know what the police are doing. Could cause the bad guys to make a hasty decision. Transparency is great but these are people's lives were talking about. Armchair detectives really cant help in most situations, but just follow the news. Only those who know can help.
5 decades in the area. Be very careful out in that area. There are Sovereign Citizens and Federalists out in that area. Thank you for covering this story. We need all the help we can get. God Bless you please be careful.
SC and federalist are more interested in staying out of the rat race not bring it to their door and believe me if they saw these women being kidnapped they would have stopped it.
My theory is the 2 ladies went to the meeting spot but the kids never showed up, so they decided to drive to Grandma's, who was suppose to have custody of the kids and the road they were on actually led to her house. They could have been followed from the meeting spot and ran off the road when it got desolate and there weren't going to be any witnesses or cameras. The ladies' car was parked oddly; like pointing in the wrong direction of the road. As soon as the women stopped, they were attacked and brought to another location...which is why LE is not searching around their car. Poor ladies. Just IMHO.
Heard they weren't on the main road, off of it a little. Sounds like they were ambushed, someone was already waiting for them to show up. I understand no phone service and you would be able to see someone coming for miles.
My thoughts exactly - a couple of guys who knows the area sees 2 " tourist's " that are distracted or in deep conversation at like a restaurant & over hears wouldn't take much to put those ladies in a bad situation real quick especially out in the middle of nowhere unfortunately.
@@Always_A_Lady No...this definitely was "personal" and a targetted attack via the bitter custody battle. Another commenter said that the original person who was suppose to go with Veronica backed out because he/she was getting threats and that's why Jillian went. This definitely was a setup if I've ever seen one. I think the ladies showed up at the pre-arranged meeting spot and the kids weren't there, so they decided to drive to Grandma's, who was suppose to have custody, and were followed and ran off the road when it got desolate, with no witnesses or cameras. Though there's always a very small chance...this doesn't sound like it was random.

Exactly. Let's give the authorities the time to do their jobs. We will learn what happened soon enough.
Two mothers are missing and you don't want people looking for them?
Let that be my Mom & I'm talking to every social media outlet there possibly is
Something really weird is going on
I agree!! I’ve never seen one this remote and silent.
@@LisaP-pd6nq Their dead

Kansas had a asian/black guy in the 80's that murdered 3 young girls. 1st case in the country
a loser got 3 life sentences with no bodies
Does the grandmother still have the children? I thought there was court paperwork that she wasn,t to have them either. I may have that wrong.
maybe not anymore after this development
I’m curious too. Who has the kids?
@@bbloodyangel1Wait, what development? It sounded to me like the same info they’ve been talking about for days and no new info?
@@Sufferingsassafrass I think gma has the kids even though she isn't supposed to
Everyone is so entitled to know everything just like the media. You want answers so you can get views, that's your bread and butter. Let the investigators do their job for crying out loud!
Is it just me, or does it seem to be taking longer than ever before to solve crimes? We live in the digital age where we are constantly tracked by cell phones, one would think their exact whereabouts could be discovered within 24 hours...(wishful thinking) I pray they are found.😢
Exactly. And were the cell phones then taken with the women and why not tracked? Maybe so remote of an area they can’t track them? I know nothing 😅
I would do the same. The only way they would shut me up is with a gag order and most of the time, they don’t do it.
This is exactly why they don't give family members much info, "sharing what you know" could easily destroy their investigation
Susanne morphew example of poor LE
You can’t think with emotion. The investigators know what they’re doing. They have a strategy and don’t want to tip off the possible perpetrators
That would depend on the information, and every situation is unique.
Thank you for being persistent on trying to get information. I pray we learn more soon.
Absolutely they were taken to a second location. Tick tock, tick tock ….only a matter of time until the arrest
How convenient he’s in a drug rehab now
Right ? He coulda still planned this but wasn't there directly.
@@smudgesaysno524I ❤️ Smudge! 😻
Several people in the know on other channels have said that those rehab places are n-o-t on lockdown; any patient can leave willingly at any time. I wouldn't exclude the ex yet, even for him doing or helping with the dirty deeds.
Trackers needed
I don’t think they are in the field. I think they were taken away by whoever harmed them.
Just IMHO.
Being from OKLAHOMA. I find Ketstone Cops offensive. Shame on you.
I keep looking for law enforcement updates.
Now apologize to the local police for the "Keystone cops" comment. Sheesh.
Towns out here are pretty much 30 or more miles apart there is more middle of nowhere than there is towns
Poor Leland was really riled up tonight. Have a beer and calm down. 🍺
😂he’s a wreck!
If it's a trafficking area it SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM TO CHECK!
I imagine if someone talks, their life could be in jeopardy. Small community, everyone knows everyone.
They must have been abducted and taken in a vehicle away from that area.
Once again, no word about the kids, where they are and who has them.
It sounds like the custody battle has been going on since 2019. Grandma has the kids & mom wants custody.
I think the kids are with their grandma now & have been with her for 5 years
The OSBI is a well respected law enforcement organization. This reporter is talking out of his ass. Very unprofessional.
Keystone cops? Very rude to say for a reporter.
Thanks for telling us what the RUclips channels have already told us 4 days ago.
Nothing new here 👎
Thanks
Seriously! Isn’t it a little early to blame the police? There are many reasons to keep information under wraps
Continue prayers that these two young women are found. ❤
I think someone who knew that the women would be driving on this road kidnapped them, but not necessarily in the place where the abandoned car was found. Or foul play or human trafficking possible
Let the osbi do their job. They know what they are doing.
I wonder if OSBI thinks the local law enforcement is involved?
i bet ex husband is involved
Duh
He has a solid alibi, he's been locked up with no contact.
@@wagwag630is he locked up though or just in rehab?
@@Sufferingsassafrass supposedly in rehab
It does seem like a set up. A car broken down on the road flags them down for help. Friend or foe. The story sounds like an old movie script. People not talking is wise. You don't always want people to know what the police are doing. Could cause the bad guys to make a hasty decision. Transparency is great but these are people's lives were talking about. Armchair detectives really cant help in most situations, but just follow the news. Only those who know can help.
I think the kids never left grandma's house that day.
Let me just say something, disappearances involving bitter custody disputes usually involves a homicide. We’ve seen it many times before.
5 decades in the area. Be very careful out in that area. There are Sovereign Citizens and Federalists out in that area. Thank you for covering this story. We need all the help we can get. God Bless you please be careful.
Ain't no one out there
What is a sovereign citizen?
Hey sorry and also I don't know what a federalist is either? Thank you for explaining if you can.
SC and federalist are more interested in staying out of the rat race not bring it to their door and believe me if they saw these women being kidnapped they would have stopped it.
This desolate stretch is a route, for kids to go to and fro, from school?
Crazy.
There sure are a lot of silos in that whole region, surely they must be searching them too.
This is such a bizarre case
Were their footprints found around the car to indicate they ever stepped out the vehicle at that location?
I hope LE had the presence of mind to think of that and make casts or at least have photos of any footprints around that car, to get the attackers.
So good to see Tracy Walder as opposed to that other FBI retired airhead expert. You know who ;)
Did the cops screw this up? News Nation looking for headlines and relevance.
💜🙏 Prayers from Australia
Keystone cops!!! How judgmental when you don’t have all the facts! Is this a news station or just a place for commentary!
Why would they be in that field? Someone took them period.
Just IMHO.
Where are the kids?
Those kids need taken into protective custody

@@bettywith2girls Sounds as if you have more inside information than myself, I mean no harm just merely thought of that scenario ( because it happens way too much ) & wanted to share with everyone & join the conversation. Either way the most important thing is that law enforcement work every angle to find these 2 ladies as soon as possible & I pray for a good outcome for the ladies themselves & also for those babies.
