What I always wonder is when the restaurant starts preparing the order. If it's fast food I assume you just pull up to the speaker and say the name instead of listing the order and they begin making it like normal, but what about carry out? Do you have a button that tells them you've claimed an order and will be there shortly?

I usually go inside the restaurant instead of drive thru! Otherwise I tell them at the microphone I have a door dash and then they prep it then
