Every public and evey authorities in Government and Hospitals should consider the harassment faced by junior doctors at resident level and registrar level. They are very low paid
Even a senior clerk with a basic graduation is paid better than PG resident doctors.
They are forced to woy 24/7.No Holiday. Even Sundays and holidays they should be around hospital location
Where as an IT professional with an engineering degree gets better payment and better facilities and holidays and leave facilities the MBBS and PG doctors are not getting any such benefit
National Medical council and government and hospital authorities should seriously look in to the problems mentioned above

Channel should discuss the problems faced by junior doctors at resident level.
It is sad to note the MBBS and PG doctors are treated very bad by the concerned department authorities and is forced to work 24/7
Somebody should find a solution to give these poor section of doctors a fair treatment

Sorry state of affairs that many reputed Doctors insist on CASH PAYMENTS and not Digitsl payment. Can it be taken up loudly?
