It’s standing long jump, you jump as far as you can from a standing position, whatever part of you touches closest to where you started is what counts. The guy in the background stumbled backwards, where ever is the closest spot he touched to the start line is marked as his official score. The guy being recorded fell forwards and his heels stayed in place, so the backs of his heels are what’s counted. This is to ensure that someone super tall doesn’t just fall as far forward as possible and get a better score than someone who actually jumped further.
