I grew up in Iowa and went to the University of Iowa and am a HUGE CC fan, but the title of this video is a bit misleading. She’s not nominated as a WNBA player. In every category she’s nominated as a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes and one category is a college specific category so saying she’s nominated more than any other WNBA player seems a bit dishonest, bc while TECHNICALLY true she wasn’t nominated for what she’s done in the WNBA. With that said I think she has a real shot to win two awards. She’ll probably lose female athlete of the year to one of the other women. But she’s the only college athlete nominated in the category so if she doesn’t win best college athlete when she’s one of four finalists for best female athlete (college or pro) there’s something wrong. The other award she could win is best record-breaking performance. While all the records that were broken are impressive none of them caught the attention of the national and global audience like what CC did, so I could see her having a real chance at that one as well.

So there is no motivation for the women to play at a professional level or any level because the money flow is mandatory, it does not rely on the the skill level of the women. This gives the women the space to fight, spat, talk garbage and sit on their butts and think of ways to cause trouble. The arrival of Clark has sparked new life in theose players who have been causing trouble out of sheer boredom. Now the likes of Reese and those like her have an injection of evil into their bloodstream and a fresh target with which to extract their evil character on.

I grew up in Iowa and went to the University of Iowa and am a HUGE CC fan, but the title of this video is a bit misleading. She’s not nominated as a WNBA player. In every category she’s nominated as a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes and one category is a college specific category so saying she’s nominated more than any other WNBA player seems a bit dishonest, bc while TECHNICALLY true she wasn’t nominated for what she’s done in the WNBA. With that said I think she has a real shot to win two awards. She’ll probably lose female athlete of the year to one of the other women. But she’s the only college athlete nominated in the category so if she doesn’t win best college athlete when she’s one of four finalists for best female athlete (college or pro) there’s something wrong. The other award she could win is best record-breaking performance. While all the records that were broken are impressive none of them caught the attention of the national and global audience like what CC did, so I could see her having a real chance at that one as well.
