This is fine, but how do you install Elementor plugin on Wordpress when I am already paying for hosting with Knownhost?

Hi Ryan, am not sure I understand what you mean by "Knownhost", but ultimately, this tutorial covers how to install Elementor on your WordPress installation regardless of the web host you're using. As long as you have WordPress installed on your web host's servers and you can access the WordPress dashboard, this will work for you.
