Absolutely love behind the scenes stuff, and the athletes interacting with each other. Especially liked the whole "gift" scene about how USTAF treats theirs athletes now as compared to the past.
Thanks so much for bringing the experience to us. I've been on 2 USATF masters' teams oversees but only one where I felt like we were truly united. I wish each of you all the best!
So awesome!!!! Thank you for taking the time to share and upload and these wonderful behind the scene experiences. Oh, you're looking sharpe and fast :-)
Natasha thank you making these vlogs. I wish the USATF takes the initiative media coverage wise and show more of behind the scenes of the preparation of training camp. I realize it comes at the behest of the each athlete; If he or she wants to have a camera in their face while they are preparing or participating in a major track event. However, it would be nice to see more coverage of USA track & field athletes. Why does it have to be every four years, that us fans get a little glimpse on track & field? Maybe with your vlogs, it can be a spark for others to follow your lead and produce more content. Thanks again Natasha. Bless you and good luck in for the London IAAF Championships.
All these Harper pps....hint hint. Great footage. Great convo on pregnancy as an athlete. Great to see practice of baton changes in full sprint. Great smile when you finally found the light :-)
nice! nice! nice! that, crazy i saw USA top athletes like this, i mean in a relax moment, coz many times i m watched them so serious when their came into the track, nice,,nice #Natasha
Thnx Natasha for taking the time to vlog, it's really cool to catch a glimpse of the behind the curtains stuff. Also if you choose to read this post, kinda off topic but im sure you'll find a good guy cause you're a cool girl, have fun in London!
Always great to get to see the behind the scenes. Thank you for bringing us along via vlog. It's awesome being able to see the things that aren't often televised and shown to the public. And I'm rambling 😅... Thanks for being an inspiration. Oh and by the way, I made it on my university's XC and Track teams! 😄
thank u so much tash for showing us the behind the scenes stuff! i feel like im there! And when we get there, we'll already be accilimated to the environment so big up! (:
48.8 Write it everywhere .... in your personal notes, doodle it ....think it so as you train and as you eat clean. I have seen you break 49.0 in my mind's eye! Diva means Goddess! I believe you have it in you to not just be one of the best 400 meter runners in the World but the very best of all time! Praise God, from whom all blessings flow.
Mike Jones Bowie, Stevens, Washington, Akinosun, alternates Brown and Jefferson. Felix and Bartoletta are emergency replacements in case of injury or other.
Bo Rood wow 😳. I know Bartoletta has mentioned in prior interviews that she wanted to be on the relay at Worlds and I'm surprised they took her off. So Washington must be on 1st?...which should be Akinosun since her start is better than the rest.
Mike Jones I have no idea the order, other than Bowie will anchor. Those are the names officially listed on the entry form. Bartoletta and Felix are already there in other events. The other six are the selections for the race. Per IAAF rules the top four finishers in the national 100 final are automatically on the team. Brown and Jefferson were selected from the relay pool.
Bo Rood I gathered Akinosun on 3rd bc I see her passing to Bowie in this video at relay practice and everyone knows Bowie will be anchor. Do you know about the 4x4?
Mike Jones I didn't watch this whole video. I'll look out for that. Thnx. I didnt check the 4x4, u can see the entry lists posted on the USATF website.
Love the vids
Thanks for this Tasha

Allyson😍😍!!!
Just out of curiosity, Tori Bowie is on the 4x1 right? I'm pretty sure I saw her in the relay practice montage.
What was the stretch/exercise you did on the ground where you were kicking your foot out?
Only the real ones know the struggle you went through to put up this video
West Side Leezy lmao right? I was checking her insta story periodically like "damn😫"
