Every time I hear it, I remember how I felt when I heard it the first time, happy and wanting more, yet oddly content. This series is single handedly the greatest show I have ever seen with ATLA coming in close second.
Man. This speech may be one of the best parts in the entirety of RvB. The revelation that the Director and Church are one and the same is truly an amazing story arc.
"There are no punishments for the terrors that we inflict on ourselves." That was the biggest WAIT... WHAT??? moment until the confirmation at the end. "The Former Director of Project Freelancer, Dr. Leonard Church."
Darth Specter well actually I was maybe thinking that the director might of actually tortured himself at first but then I rewatched some key moments and I’m pretty sure that’s ruled out but one question I have is that if their all based off someone but Alpha was based off the director then doesn’t that mean all the other AI would be based of him too? Or were they each based on somebody differently after the torture? But then it says in one of the recollection “series” or whatever you wanna call it the AI would just convince their freelancers to come back for the Alpha. So it means they must have some memory or something. I have so many questions.

The director season 6 episode 19 really means gamma and sigma tortured alpha so they in a manner were inflicting terror on themselves or maybe the director meant in saying that he had tortured himself with Allison's memory with tex
Cryosmith well I’m pretty sure he tortured himself but he also used the AI Omega and Gamma to torture Alpha by giving scenarios of stress and danger and using Allison (or Tex I’m pretty sure their the same people) as a scenario as well.
Well... I gotta say I give him credit for at least trying to stay alive and keep her memory alive. Despite all that he did, he was simply a man who loved a girl. A girl he lost and is heart broken over a period of time. Do we really blame him for all that he has done? He’s actually one of the controversial characters I’ve never seen in any series I’ve ever seen. Props to a couple of entertainers who made a show that many find to love.

But given the events of these past few months, i feel confident that i had been given the chance, i would have made those three episodes good... had i only the chance, i know that some will disagree with my opinions and that others will as well. This is beyond my control. However, i cannot imagine that any court would be able to convict me, no matter how high their opinion of the trilogy might be. You must understand one basic fact for all this to make sense Disney, these characters, are memorable, and they deserved great conclutions, and Bill, was no exception.
And while the law has many penalties for the atrocities that we inflict on others, there are no punishments for the dissapointment you inflicted on others.
So you rush your finales, they won't find themselves my aproval, they will find a guy, a guy dissapointed, but with a Kanohi Mask, a guy that wishes that your masterpiece returns.
Sincerely yours.

John Marshall Reed sounds like the kind of voice actor who can make ANY line sound good, no matter how shitty the script.
