- A while ago I got together with an artist (SampetersonArt) and an animator (DoubleCritFail) and together we thought it would fun to make a show that focused the quieter moments in the lives of fantasy characters. The project never got past this first short bit of animation - but we’re still proud of this tiny piece. So we decided to share.
This is The Necromancer.

One step closer to his master flan.
The secret ingredient is bonemeal.
There is no secret ingredient
Necromancers Secret... RECIPE
All that cackling is going to collapse that soufflé.
0:55 Me when I finally get that magic item that was hinted at in the beginning of the campaign.
how does a skeleton smell the soufflé?
True Smell. Like True Sight but with smell
With its Skelepathic abilities, like Skmell Sense (the k is silent)
Magic
The skeleton of the ghoul tells the skeleton per skelepathy
He leans in close and wafts the aroma with his hand.
The laugh at the end is the real treat
Oh yeah, this needs to be a series
Sarcastic Bard Idea: I made a bard, that was supposed to be training to be a wizard at a college of magic, but (depending on the campaign) was thrown for some reason, from flunking, sleeping with the head wizards daughter, to accidentally blowing up a library, the best part is why he is a bard, before he could take wizarding class, he has to take General Education classes like irl, reluctantly taking whatever instrument I chose, after being kicked out its his only career, character motive also ranges from getting back in school to be the best bard just to spite his past proffesors, I also give proficiency in History (another Gen ed) and Arcana (cause of the intro magic classes). I think this can be done with other classes too druid->ranger, monk->cleric, any other ideas to add?
I wasn’t expecting incredible voice acting skills. That laugh was impressive and hilarious at the same time 😂
This is underrated this is SOOO GOOD
This... More of this please.
Cinder's table must be hella fun 😁
Just wanna say, I am a fan of this.
I need more of this.
Is this the best cartoon of all time? I think so.
It would be great if there were more campaigns in a historical and geographical correct setting, so young children could learn from it.
The elementary school of my kids (2nd and 3rd grade) started using d&d as a teaching tool. Translation from English to Dutch, D&D scenario writing etc. etc.
This would be great.
I would think a necromancer chef would be a master of fermented foods... You know controlled rot? Can I get a cheese lich?
Hello mr. eldritch head of infinite knowledge, I’m thinking about a sort of dnd roguelike where the party has a central hub in the astral plane or something like that and the party goes into various worlds for like 4-5 sessions to quell unrest or stop this central bad guy from wreaking havoc, sometimes changing classes and whenever they level up, they unlock the ability to play new classes/subclasses and boons, like “you start with an extra roll of your current characters hit die in max hp” or “you start with one common magical item”
Its THE realm
Eh, everyone had hobbies.
Hey cinderellacinderelladressedinyella I could use some advice. IM making a homebrrw campaign based on legend of zelda majoras mask. The problem im having is with fail states. My group likes alot of roleplay and since there's a time cycle i don't want dead pcs to just be left out until time resets. I also don't want to hit them with permanent stat debunks cuz that could lead to a spiral of doom leading to more and more failures. I was thinking of maybe having a resource that the players gather that is used to do the ritual to restart the day thus giving them a reason to adventure out on various plot lines and side quests. Any opinions or tips you think would work?
Hey Cinder! Thanks for ur content! I could use some of your eternal wisdom. As a light cleric at lvl 16 how would you protect a crowd from police violence in a combat? Im about to see massacre of innocent on my next session, looking for creative way of saving 100 ppl... Thanks!
On the off chance you see this how would one run a DND game with two DM‘s?
There’s no short answer to this question. The DMs need to work out how they want to split up responsibilities and roles and how they want to deal with sharing knowledge etc. really depends on the people and how they work together/what they want out of it
