Gun looks to be a replica of a VFC HK416a5 which is a modified replica of the Hk416
Actually, I cannot give the detailed name of the gun. I just looked up the name online. And some of the guns had different names, along with versions of that gun. Your comment is very accurate. The design of this gun has also been developed with many different names

More powerful motor? I think the motor needs to be even more powerful if you want the bullets to fly faster as well
If I use a stronger engine I think it will be cumbersome. One caveat when using high speed motors is that it generates a lot of heat. This damages the adhesive from the glue
