I just want to give a suggestion to all using this product
Please use a cotton handkerchief or thin cloth on your head because using plastic shower cap and heating reusable plastic cap is damagable for your hair to some extend
Use cotton cloth instead because our motive is to keep the inner bag clean

Hii dii i ordered the same product, it heats properly but as in yours the hair got a little wet, in my case i feel that tha product is just providing heat but not steam as the hairs gets warm and not wet!!! Any idea if thats product dysfunction or i am doing something wrong??? Pleaasseee suggest
