Thank you for this! Love that you actually review with pros/cons unlike other stores who says good things. Would love to hear your thoughts on the new Britax Poplar??
Hey Betty Thank you so much! I am actually going to be doing a factory tour of the Britax plant in about 2 weeks. I saw the Poplar at the ABC show but I am excited to have a chance to have some more time to take a look at it. Generally speaking Britax does a phenomenal job with the click tight seats so I am really excited for these. What I have seen so far (brief) I have been pretty excited! Hopefully I can make a video about it soon.
2022 Dodge Durango -- I have two of the graco 3lx and one infant seat that install great but got rear ended and am replacing all of the seats i have been looking at the Nuna but i don't know if it will work. Have you ever installed 3 across in a durango with that? I will need 3 convertible as my almost 1 year old is out of the infant seat by height. its 2 rear facing and one forward facing. I have a 2.5 year old that is almost at the weight limit of the graco for rear facing
What is the interior width measurement in your back seat? At its narrowest? If you can find out what that is you can usually determine if the execs will fit. 3 seats at 18.5 inches wide needs roughly 55.5 inches or more but if you are having some kids rf and some ff you can usually puzzle them in to work.
I am expecting baby #3. By March 2025 I'll have a 1,3, and 6 year old 3 across in a 2013 second row bench seat Land Cruiser. We will be using a Nuna Rava as one of the convertibles since that's what we already have. Looking into the future I am trying to decide what other convertible to buy. I prefer Nuna Rava or Nuna Exec. In 2025 we wil the two convertibles will be Rear facing on the outside seats and the six year old will be in between so I'm also looking for a recommendation for that seat so that I can plan ahead.
For the 6 Year old I would think about the Chicco My Fit if you want a harnessed seat or if you want just a high back booster I would suggest the Peg Perego Flex 120. I would use an Exec as well and then the Rava that you currently own. Again just a suggestion and not to be taken as "THESE ARE THE BEST SEATS KNOWN TO MAN" ;) Just like in the case you are presenting me without the information about the sizes of the kids this is what I would suggest.
Sorry this took so long but Nuna Strollers are awesome I love the Tavo Next and the Mixx Next. If you wanted to do a less expensive stroller I like the Baby Jogger GT and then the car seat adapters for the Nuna :)
No, these seats don’t function with any strollers. These stay in the car; they’re not like infant car seats that click in/out of a base. The Nuna Pipa infant car seat (most of the versions) clicks into Nuna strollers and many other stroller manufacturers make adapters for the Pipa to click into their own strollers, since the Pipa is rather ubiquitous.
I am not 100% sure. What is your interior measurement at the narrowest in the back seat. You need to envision where the car seat would potentially rub up against the car. I would think you'd need 18.5 inches times 3 so at least 55.5 inches wide if they are all facing the same direction at the same time.
You are the only one explained the difference. I watched others and left more or less as confused
Also thank you for these awesome videos I'm learning so much

Amazing! Will be on the look out for that video if you are able to do one :)

Does the nuna car seat function with any strollers? If so what strollers would pair well with it?

Does the exec fit 3 across in the very back of a 2020 odyssey ?
