Also revolver is more reliable since its hitscan and not projectile
Well the thing is, hitting long range rescue ranger is not easy unless you are aiming at a choke point

It CONSISTANTLY does 21 damage, no matter who I shoot unless it's a crit or point blank. It is SO annoying. It feels like it has NO mid range damage. It's either 40 damage or 21 when I use it.

This is the calmest video that I ever seen and heard. And I like it.
Every time I see him get a carefully wrapped gift, I just get flashbacks to all the kids who thought they were clever trying to trade gift wrap saying it had an unusual inside.

the gas passer discussion seems counterintuitive to me. you'd think the people that went through thousands of dollars, hours and tours would want to make the game easier and thus finish it faster, when stuff like kritzing a scotres demo or using the heatmaker with explosive headshots are a thing
Those requires positioning, knowledge, aim in order to make it work correctly. So people consider it more fun compared with Gas Passer, which you can spam and don’t need aim nor knowledge (comparably).
And some does complain about demo and sniper too, due to making the game way too easy and bland for teammates if really skilled player plays them. The reason why Pyro is the one consistently gets scolded is MVM Pyro’s skill ceiling is way too low, so many new players instalock it without thinking much.

The answer is simple: Pyro. "You must always hate Pyro, don't you know?"
Also, you can see in the videos that DEWILL doesn't have much difficulty in clearing the waves, usually defending the first area quite well. That's because he's "playing how you should be playing". However, when there's a less experienced player in the server that does something suboptimally and makes the games slightly harder, he gets displeased, kicking that person if he doesn't comply to playing like the others want.

I would argue that the gas passer can be good in some situations but then all the high tours will be trying to kill me but I do know that I have strayed far from using it now being a bit of a heavy main
