Barb, you said you're quite olive skinned...I am as well. As I'm new to wig wearing I was wondering if you have any tips on certain colors which are good on olive skin as well as colors best avoided. My trial and error is getting expensive. I'm olive skinned with green eyes. I really love your channel. I just found you by reading comments on another youtuber's channel.
First off love ur name who puddled on your post toasties lol but what's ur name ? :) colors are so hard ! Do u like light or red or brunette! U have to stay away from orange tones or ashy tones ! I find in light colors Some blonder shades are really pretty like this Amazon wig I was blown away how well it looks with my skin tone! I think bc it's ombré shade a dash of pink and the roots are amazing ! I was shocked ! In the lighter shades Paula Young has one called buttered toast color and on olive skin she's beautiful I think ! If ur going red then a dark auburn not orangey! That is a cute style! It reminds me of Raquel Welch Voltage. I keep looking at Voltage, but don't want to pay for it. Yours is just a pale blond with a dark root. I got a wig that said the color was Sugar. I thought it would be white. It's really a pale beige. I think it's supposed to be platinum. It's a sort of fluffed up style and is stiff like it had been sprayed stiff with hair spray. I think the beige is better with my skin tone than white would have been.
Lydia voltage is suppose to look like this but when I bought her all that money later , she was nothing like her picture! I could not get her to flip no matter what I did ! I never wore her and couldn't take her back bc I bought her at a salon near me and no refunds so I got stuck and lost 179.00! Very disappointed in her and it's funny they keep saying how popular she is ! This Amazon wig is lighter than her picture but still a pretty ombré shade ! AND $19.68 Hugs my friend ❤️❤️

Hi Babs! I tried to write to you on the above hotmail address and it came back to me undeliverable? I bought the above ombre blonde wig from Amazon and I absolutely love it. I think mine is longer in the back. Did you cut any of it off on the bottom? My question is, have you ever used a firming cream that is fragrance free? I've always had sensitive skin but in the last 10 yrs. I've had chemo twice so that made it even more sensitive. I can't seem to find one that fits my needs and my budget. I've watched all your videos that you mention what to use to get that gorgeous skin but they have fragrance in them. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Received it , way to large. I cut off the ear tabs , thinned, cut…still needs a lot of work..I have a 22 inch circumference..I guess I got an odd ball..
My circumference is 22 also! I think these Amazon wigs run big. You can fold the wefting in the back and bobby pin it and if you have some bio hair ! you can actually Hem and see the wefting together too! I didn't thin mine it was perfect! I guess they are all different! You can buy the same identical wig even in a more expensive style and each one is different! Crazy! Once u get it u will love her! How is the color? Hugs ❤️

No no, she's medium brown with a bleach job! So not really gray. For balance; goth eye make-up and berry lips. Pearl or diamond earrings . Looks great on you.

The second one is great on you...silver/ cool blonds are GREAT ON OLIVE SKIN! Did you ever try a hit air brush in the ends in the back to keep them from the very bottoms being so flipped? BTW..I found this 9 months after the fact but SHAGS ARE SOON GOING TO BE BACK!

Oh and yes those dashing diva nails are a real obsession LOL I've got a new set on now it's 15 days straight. They're like little Band-Aids for your nails so your nails grow underneath and nobody can see your little white dots from telling all the lies. Barb, you said you're quite olive skinned...I am as well. As I'm new to wig wearing I was wondering if you have any tips on certain colors which are good on olive skin as well as colors best avoided. My trial and error is getting expensive. I'm olive skinned with green eyes. I really love your channel. I just found you by reading comments on another youtuber's channel.
First off love ur name who puddled on your post toasties lol but what's ur name ? :) colors are so hard ! Do u like light or red or brunette! U have to stay away from orange tones or ashy tones ! I find in light colors Some blonder shades are really pretty like this Amazon wig I was blown away how well it looks with my skin tone! I think bc it's ombré shade a dash of pink and the roots are amazing ! I was shocked ! In the lighter shades Paula Young has one called buttered toast color and on olive skin she's beautiful I think ! If ur going red then a dark auburn not orangey! Yes there is plenty of hair that covers that wefting! I was worried about that too because it's so light and my own hair is so dark underneath but they're is a lot of hair so you can't see any of the wefting. Hope that helps hugs , Barb ❤️

That is a cute style! It reminds me of Raquel Welch Voltage. I keep looking at Voltage, but don't want to pay for it. Yours is just a pale blond with a dark root. I got a wig that said the color was Sugar. I thought it would be white. It's really a pale beige. I think it's supposed to be platinum. It's a sort of fluffed up style and is stiff like it had been sprayed stiff with hair spray. I think the beige is better with my skin tone than white would have been.
Lydia voltage is suppose to look like this but when I bought her all that money later , she was nothing like her picture! I could not get her to flip no matter what I did ! I never wore her and couldn't take her back bc I bought her at a salon near me and no refunds so I got stuck and lost 179.00! Very disappointed in her and it's funny they keep saying how popular she is ! This Amazon wig is lighter than her picture but still a pretty ombré shade ! AND $19.68 Hugs my friend ❤️❤️

I think mine is longer in the back. Did you cut any of it off on the bottom? My question is, have you ever used a firming cream that is fragrance free? I've always had sensitive skin but in the last 10 yrs. I've had chemo twice so that made it even more sensitive. I can't seem to find one that fits my needs and my budget. I've watched all your videos that you mention what to use to get that gorgeous skin but they have fragrance in them. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Received it , way to large. I cut off the ear tabs , thinned, cut…still needs a lot of work..I have a 22 inch circumference..I guess I got an odd ball..
My circumference is 22 also! I think these Amazon wigs run big. You can fold the wefting in the back and bobby pin it and if you have some bio hair ! you can actually Hem and see the wefting together too! I didn't thin mine it was perfect! I guess they are all different! You can buy the same identical wig even in a more expensive style and each one is different! Crazy! Once u get it u will love her! How is the color? Hugs ❤️
