    Actually it was only 25 Seconds from TO/GA set (Full Thrust, Takeoff/Go-Around) or the point of starting to accelerate to actually lifting off the ground. Usually it takes around 40-50 Seconds! So it’s half the time, that’s impressive I think! Like, Subscribe and Comment for the algorithm! Bye!

    The sound of the leap on taxi, sounds exactly similar to its APUs running while parked.

    Fastest I've ever experienced was on a Southwest 737-700 from SJC to LAX. There was absolutely no one on board and we got in the air just after the numbers.

      mine was yesterday on a southwest 737 max 8 from las to sjc. there were only 23 passengers and we went airborne in no time.

      that all sounds very fast! but considering my flight being fully booked out it seems pretty damn fast though!

      My first flight ever was like this, on a nearly-empty Southwest 737 from SMF to LAX back in 1995. Even the 757 flights I took in following years didn't get airborne as fast as that Southwest plane. It was an amazing introduction to air travel, though it left me wanting to relive that experience.

      Southwest don't play. They get up and out!!!

    The Air Canada 767 vid from JustPlanes explains this. Most takeoffs from SXM are at 100% N1, no de rating. There is an immediate right turn to avoid terrain.

    I counted 19 seconds from full thrust to wheels up that's the fastest I've ever seen.

    • @onboardtv36
      @onboardtv36  2 года назад +1

      actually, it was quite a lot of g forces pressing me into my seat. atleast more than on a usual flight. the hardest was on the a330 on klm when we took off out of sint maarten, that was sick!

    1:28 start
    1:52 finish
    24 sec total run time
    This acceleration like 8-9 sec cars in 0-60
    Fastest civilian airplane run I see about 16 seconds

      @@kondasani18 Well, it has been re-certified and the systems of concern have been updated.
      Most aircraft types have had fatal accidents, but there is no reason not to like marvelous aircrafts like the 747, A330, A320 and many others…

    Wow it lifted off the ground pretty early

  • @captainkim7738
    @captainkim7738 11 месяцев назад

    That very fast take off was due to the obstacle after the ground roll. Higher V2 helps to climb better than lifting off at the low speed (earlier). This is the common way to avoid the obstacle at least 35ft from the ground to the lowest part of the aircraft. Hope you know that.
    Anyway, safe journey.
