    You have a very neat and tidy store with a great variety of African Cichlids. I like all your stock, I only wish I wasn't an ocean away otherwise I would be straight round to buy some of the Flavesent Peacocks. Also I could supply you with Frontosa. ( Unfortunately,I don't ship my stock) I really enjoy your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for what you do. I know it's not easy running an aquatic shop but you look like you have got it running well. Best wishes to you. Looking forward to your next post.
    Best regards Bob The Fish.

    hey R great fish!
    what is the yellow fish with some blue on its face in the peacock/haps section? it looks really good imo and can it live in a 30 gallon? if yes how many should i keep together

    • @rushftw4344
      @rushftw4344 3 года назад

      also can I keep 6-8 demasoni in a 20 gallon tall?

    • @QuebecCichlides
      @QuebecCichlides  3 года назад +1

      You're probably talking about the Flavescent Peacock. They need more than 30 gallons.
      20 gal is a little small for 6-8 demasoni.

    Thanks for sharing all these species , I have been begging people to identify my fish species. Now I see it in your first tank the Lombardoi (Kenyi) , it was blue when I got it, now it is all yellow after growing to 5 inch. It is so aggressive.
    Is it true this is the most aggressive mbuna ?

    • @QuebecCichlides
      @QuebecCichlides  3 года назад +1

      Definitely looks like a Kenyi cichlid :O They're not the most aggressive cichlid, but if not kept with compatible fish, they can get pretty intense.

    I have a 4 yr old Male Kenyi and he is vicious. Had to put him in a 20 gallon tank with a bristle pleco and he attacks the pleco. Also he tries to attack me thru the glass, his tank is beside my bed.

    • @QuebecCichlides
      @QuebecCichlides  3 года назад +1

      Its not the ideal environment for them. He needs a bigger tank and more cichlid friends ;)

    • @rawblow4512
      @rawblow4512 3 года назад

      QuebecCichlides well he was in a 90G and he was playing rough with all of his friends, mix of haps and mbuna, mostly yellow labs. So he is in the time out, QT 20G long tank

    • @rawblow4512
      @rawblow4512 3 года назад

      QuebecCichlides since he is a male kenyi and orange, i named him OJ, as in Orange Juice but mostly after OJ Simpson that slaughtered a few people. 🥴🥴🤯😳😳

    • @rawblow4512
      @rawblow4512 3 года назад

      QuebecCichlides he can see the other fish in the display tank and he bites at the glass, you can hear a popping sound coming from his tank and its OJ the kenyi trying to break thru the glass to get at his ex tank mates. If it were a female i would have named her after my ex wife! 😂🤣😳😳
