This A.I supercomputer is also connected to the internet so knows everything on the internet in fine detail. @@Jin-Ro The same UK that was dependent on American intelligence and logistical support to win the Falkland Islands war?
American military technology right now, is leaps and bounds more powerful than anything that anyone could have done in the 80s, including the Americans. They don’t need to deploy and maintain massive armies when they have the greatest air force and greatest navy the world has ever seen in all human history. That may be, not good enough, in the end if conflict does arise involving nato, which it most likely won’t, but neither you or I know that ultimately.
They might need those numbers, numbers which they have anyways… but why would nato send and waste supplies on 150+ thousand troops near an active war zone when the USA already has a problem with supplies if it gets into a long term war. The west has an incredible advantage when it comes to air superiority, this isn’t like bombing the jungles of Vietnam and Laos. If war with Russia breaks out and it involves nato, you will have the combined efforts of the USA and Europe fighting war against Russia. The same Russia that is taking over a year to beat Ukraine… the same Ukraine that is only being given supplies, weapons, money, and volunteers… and not even the best technology that the USA has? I hope war never comes between the great powers but it isn’t the 1980s.

@@Jin-Ro Exercise Lionheart involved 130 thousand people because the threat of the red army and Warsaw Pact was astronomically higher than modern Russia. The army of the uk today is barely bigger than 130,000 😂 Past is the past focus on the future. Military technology is unbelievably more powerful than it was in the 80s, and it doesn’t need to involve that many soldiers. Without the superiority of the American Air Force, those 100 thousand+ would be cannon fodder anyways or in eminent danger always
