I've tried that last year and I'm still the same nothing works to heal my body I am almost 23 years old and have the body of a 50 years old man. impossible to fix or understand.
@@IbarraAlejandro You need to get physically tired to properly rest. That's what I learned for myself in the army. I'm 24 btw, came back home only recently.
Before army I also felt like an old man, thanks to my style of life, where I went outside only once in 3 weeks, which seemingly destroyed by muscles and joints. But turns out it didn't, and over time I worked them back into a much healthier state.
Even after eating healthy and sleeping for 8 hours I am always tired, everytime I work I feel very sleepy..

I had severe fatigue for decades. Then one day , I accidentally came across a magazine article about something called Hidden Food Allergies (Intolerances). I eventually found out that I had an intolerance to Dairy Products and the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup , Corn Starch , etc.) I restricted my consumption of these foods and got better. Talk to a Doctor in Integrative Medicine about this. Doctors in Mainstream Medicine learn very little about Food and Nutrition. Many major universities have an Integrative Medicine Department (Johns Hopkins , Duke , University of Arizona , etc.).

@@Ruth_1_16 I mainly eat foods on the Paleo diet. Some people have found their problem foods using the AIP DIET and the process of elimination. I rotate ALL the ingredients in my diet. Be suspicious of any foods that you have a constant craving for. It’s weird but people sometimes get addicted to foods that cause their health problems. I keep processed foods to a minimum. Foods can have a delayed reaction in affecting you. They can affect you up to 72 hours after you eat them. You might not feel a problem with a food unless you eat more than a certain amount. That is why it is called a food intolerance. This is controversial in Mainstream Medicine. They only recognize IgE food allergies. Keeping a food diary might also help you. I used trial and error to figure out how much corn or dairy products I can eat without it causing me problems. That way I don’t have to starve myself if no other food is available at the moment. The more variety , the better.

Pesticides and forever chemicals are in almost all of our groundwater and soil. Even organic isn't really organic. Greed has been slowly killing us. I don't think it's irreversible anymore. Our health along with climate change is a sure sign that we have screwed ourselves

The shitty thing about living in America is pretty much all of our produce is lacking nutrients. Severely lacking. That’s why there are rows and rows of multivitamins at your store because the food you eat is not going to give you the nutrition you need.

I hear you! Cut out all vegetable oils, reduce carbohydrates and sugar, practice intermittent fasting, practice moderate exercise to get the oxygen and blood flowing, rest when you need to. It can get better 🙏✨

The problem is a lot of us are told we need carbohydrates for energy. But that’s not exactly true. Carbohydrates help your body STORE and create. energy, you need co enzymes to be able use the energy (vitamin b complex). But it’s not just carbohydrates that generate energy, all fats do as well. Getting enough fat in your diet (preferably the good fats) such as olive oil, nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocados, fatty fish and enough sodium (sea and iodized salt is best) help your body generate energy in other ways.
Fun fact, if u suffer from caffeine withdrawal you can try sodium instead but mineralised crystallised salt because sodium is what sends nerve impulses from the brain to the body that makes your body move faster. That’s why athletes eat lots of salt caffeine and carbs beforehand because sweat excretes sodium and carbs helps to keep you hydrated durinf intense activity
Used to be fine with 6 hours sleep, then had to go for 7 hours which still isn't good so I'm gonna go for 7 and half hours to 8 hours from now on.

I checked all the boxes in this video, good balanced whole food diet, omega3, vitamin D, multi vitamin with B complex, exercise when I can... ever since I got covid19 Im always tired. I had to stop doing jiu jitsu because my energy levels just hit rock bottom, this is sad and depressing!! It can be normal to get tired around 2-3 as that’s when the circadian rhythms starts a new cycle. It’s a great time to have a nap to help you with the next part of the day. If you work, then on your lunch break use 10-20 minutes of your time to just close your eyes and rest, your body will thank you for it! Also, eat a lighter lunch to reduce sleepiness! But your body could be going through some changes and there could be something much deeper going on! Just keep tuning into yourself and noticing any changes 🙏✨

Sometimes when you eat too healthy, you can have low blood sugar that can lead to fatigue. Sugary treats in moderation can help boost energy. Sometimes if you don’t eat enough fat or carbs, your body doesn’t generate energy because it has nothing to burn sometimes I find that when I was only eating meat, vegetables and fruit but no carbs or fatty foods I was low on energy because my body didn’t have anything to burn so it sent the signal that it doesn’t need exercise therefore I had no fuel.
Vitamin b2 and b5 can also help

I drastically changed my diet after many years of misery which I though was normal - tiredness, non-sleeping, body pain, depression. the over all feeling of FUCK....
so.. 1 lemon, 1 spoon of flax, ground halal beef heart - fill up all day on meat, flax goes with first meal and mulch it well, split the lemon thru the day.
I am now a mountain of energy. sleep like a baby, no body pain, and have a general heavenly bliss.
Takes two days. YOU WILL FEEL TERRIBLE after changing to this diet. Your body is addicted to sugar and other bad foods. Don't break. DAY THREE YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING.... try not to fall off the wagon too much.
I have added mushrooms, garlic to diet without negative effect.....
COOKING - my over goes 1-10 and I generally cook everything on 4
can do half your lemon juices into pan, with garlic to soften a little, and then add mushrooms to cook together a little... mixing in meat .. after a short bit you'll have liquid that is almost a gravy....
