My husband and I went to the new ACME Oyster house in Gulf Shores 11/15/2015 and we ordered the Char grilled Oysters and they were so small all of them could fit in the palm of our hand. We specifically asked if the oysters were of good size and they were shucking good sized oysters and when we got our order they were tiny. The size of the tip of my pinky. We were very disappointed and at $20 a dozen we sent them back and left the restaurant. The manager didn't want to make more with the bigger oysters so we are done with ACME. The only good thing on the menu is the Char grilled Oysters. Everything else is fried!!!

Ya, what,s the sauce they poured over the oysters at the end? This was the best vid I saw on grilled oysters yet. Simple, fast. no talking. I get it.
Yellow sauce.. 8ounces butter 2 tablesppons finely chopped garlic 1 tsp black pepper. Pinch of cayenne
