The bottom of the sprinkler head takes a THIN 13/16 wrench, if it's the same as rain bird product. I bought the "Der Erwachte" thin wrench set from Amazon.
My problem using this on my lawn is, on the very narrow patch of brass between mine and the neighbor’s house; I can’t set it to where it goes back and fourth with only the narrow width that I need. Literally even if I adjust the 2 clips as close together as they an go with the trip lever between them - it goes too wide. It’s great for 360 in the front and back yard though

Wish there had been info on how to adjust the deflection plate and diffusion pin as well. The deflection plate "instructions" say, "Move deflection plate up or down to adjust stream trajectory," but mine doesn't want to move at all and I'm afraid of breaking it.

Nice clear, precise instructions and explanation of all the parts, thanks! wouldve been nice to go into more detail on using the trip adjustment clips and how to cover certain areas of the yard.
Mine won't return, I'm trying to sort that out. [20 minutes later] KOOL I just set it to loop and cranked up the pressure, bent the diffuser for more diffusion and am lettin' it rip. It's a tight pattern. I got wet again. drip
Dave, thank you for your question. Place the trip lever to the up position will give you 360 degree coverage. If you wish to go counterclockwise, you can put the trip lever in the down position and have it bump the trip adjustment to change the direction and then put the trip lever back up or possibly place the sprinkler in another direction. @@thedrammcorporation-retail5490 I’ve done some tinkering, with the lever up, there is a boomerang shaped part that can be turned left or right to control the forward or reverse direction. I’m looking into the Orbit Tripod to get my sprinkler off the ground. This should give me the ability to cover my front lawn going in reverse. I have been splitting time between reverse for awhile to cover the interior, then switching it to forward to get distance. Thanks for the reply!
what's the minimum trip adjustment? I need a very short range of about 10 degrees :) I hope you have this sort of information.. it's a long shot but worth a try :) thanks

I noticed when the screw and the flap is out of the way the long stream it doesn't provide as much water coverage as when the screw is in place making the spray more spread out.

Thank you for your comment. We have never tested for the minimum range. We do know that it will vary depending on how strong your water pressure is.
What’s maximum range 50 feet or so? And does it get a pretty even coverage on the full range?
