QUESTION!!!!! I am in a HYPERTROPHY training mesocycle. I have already done one speed workout prior to lifting 3 days ago. now I plan on doing it tomorrow. Should I rest between 45 and 1minuteand30 seconds or should I rest for 230?? and im matching my sprint duration with my lift duration of 15 seconds
76% of muscle is water. Also maybe that athlete had been 4-8lbs heavier in prior seasons. Regaining up to a previous point of lean body mass can go very fast. On top of that it depends on what the initial bodyweight of the athlete was.
they may be a dumb questions. I have here of rpr but i have not done any research on it yet (may start today ) would i be able to use a theragun or have someone use a theragun on me to get the same effects ?
Depends on the individual. Some it works well for and others it’s meh. I respond REALLY well to vibration work and doing RPR with a gun didn’t do anything additional for me
Robert Shaw So he can talk, big deal. He says, if you workout, you will get in shape...now pay me $200. Genius. Does anything here make sense to you? Worth paying for?
@@cinepost He's not talking about getting in shape, most athletes are in decent shape. He's talking about taking specific aspects of performance and training them effectively. If I'm being honest I'm not huge with percentages and programming numbers like he is but I understand and use alot of the same concepts with my athletes. Do you train an athletic population? If so what is your philosophy?
The best from the best! Hallelujah !
this guy is a legend!!
Anyone have a link to the slides?
Incredible stuff

16lbs of muscle in 8 weeks?
I'm questioning that one
