I forgot how my P-01 looked when I first got it. I have since cerekoted it, Lok grips, TFX sights, Cajunized with the protection package, stainless guide rod. This gun shot great before I did all the upgrades and now it is amazing. Get some #83 rubber o rings and you can dry fire it all day long.
Nice pistol. I have had mine since 2017, and I absolutely love it. ( Just a heads up on some of the semi older czs there is a date code right above the extracter, I saw it on yours, but I couldn't see what it said but that is your date . Also I think the serial # reveals it too. Like on mine, it starts C17****) Anyways, thanks for the content !🙏
New to CZ, traded in both G23 and G30sf for the P01, and so far so good. Put Lok grips on and boy, they have to be the best grips on the market imo. Also added the TFX Pro’s but cant get the rear slide off to save my life..dont know what to do. Marred the slide a bit so I stopped trying. Yesterday I traded in my P365X for the P07
@@stewb520 I sure did, which is why I can’t understand it. The rear sight from my P07 came right off. Took the screw out, took a punch and small mallet, then used the sight pusher the rest of the way.
Get the cajun gun works firing pin which has a sloped shoulder that hits the firing pin instead of factory pin which has a straight wall firing pin which batters the roll pin
Yeah, price varies wildly depending on availability. Currently new 549.00 at Grab a Gun to 799.00 at PSA. Paid 700.00 for mine with a set if eye pro and electronic ear pro along with 300.00 range membership extension included. The range bought high and could not get rid of it, not in demand in the St Louis area, so I came out good.
I have a Px4 and CZ PCR. Perfect guns!!
Agreed !!

Thanks for the tip!!
What do you do with the ‘o’ rings?
@@peterolsen4397 I put an o ring in where the hammer strikes. You can dry fire all day and not hurt anything.
Good choice! My P-01 is perfect for EDC. But if you think P-01 is rare, try finding standard 14 or 15 round mags for them.
My state restricts to 10 rd cap ... so I cant find them or get them at all
@@stewb520You need to vote them all out!
Or the O.D. Green model .
@@maybeso1547 - which is tremendously good-looking.
You guys know they accept the Sp01 mags as well? The 19rd sp01 mag runs flawlessly in the P01.
Congratulations! I've been looking for something to replace my EDC, maybe the P01. I do like a hammered fire gun, DA SA.
I’m picking up mine today. I’m super excited.
I love this pistol !!

I have one. Perfect gun.
I bought an SP01 tactical recently and it is amazing. My other CZs are getting a little jealous.
I Hope I can find a CZ SP-01 tactical soon ! I want that one !!
@@stewb520 I know a place that has them. $800
I sent my sp01 to get ported. Its already a flat shooting pistol.

Did you loosen the set screw on the rear sight? it should come off

@@ResplendentRaider maybe try to knock it out of the other side, sometimes it is right to left and sometimes it is left to right
@@stewb520 whats funny is that it does look like it should come off right to left. But I literally tried both sides, not as much right to left.
@@ResplendentRaider the only other thing I can say is invest in a sight pusher tool vs a mallet and punch or take it to a gunsmith

already on order ! Thanks !!
What's the model name of the firing pin or the part number of the firing pin you're referring to? There are several models.
Nice 👍
thank you !!
Get some LOK bogie grips and a streamlight tlr7a
thanks for the comment
I can buy a new P-01 for 530$ or a used p-07 suppressor ready with an old surefire x300 4 magazines and a holster for 550$
Honestly I would Most likely get the P07 and get the deal ! and wait on the P01
