Punisher itself was actually just a copy of the Dan Pendleton "Executioner" novels with the Main Character Mack Bolan. The revenge focused character is a story trope as old as literature.
You can say this about any movie that's been made for X genre. By your logic any action movie is a copy of the first action movie made. Any comedy is a remake and so on and so on.

I can't talk much about navy seals, I was in the German infantry, but the movement, planing and positioning is pretty good it's unrealistic still cause no one can survive what he did, only plot armor can beat that and the cameraman, but it's pretty good NGL.
