I think the worst one - in terms of body horror - is the Siren from KF2. Just the fact her arms are screwed into those metal plates and she's constantly fighting to get them free is painful to look at. Makes me wonder what the Patriarch was thinking while designing his army, oh just cut off an arm here... weld and staple this piece of metal there... give the biggest dude two blenders for arms.
Something interesting to note: As the games went on, the Zeds became less and less human. In KFMOD they were able to speak, in KF1 it was a little less, and in KF2 they're just kind of mindless.
That is patriarch whole objective, he doesn't wanna get involved nor look like humans in any way, since he believes that humans are flawed he and his "children" have superior genetics

Scrake in KF1 has always managed to creep me out. Among all the grotesque and monstrous zeds he's the most human looking. He's got the clothes on. He doesn't scream or growl like other mindless specimens. His movements are calm, absolutely no twitching. And there's his laughing... Why is Scrake like that? Why only him? The closest to this level of humanity is Husk, but even then Husk acts aggressive and his looks are more disfigured while Scrake sound almost playful. Even if Scrake is not as scary as other zeds, he surely makes all the new players feel unnerved.
which is what i love the most out of him, every other enemy i first saw it was "eugh you are terrifying and/or ugly as hell" but for scrake it's just "oh. hey buddy what you doing here?"

The whole point is he is BARELY mutated and disfigured, yet he is the most powerful and dangerous. Not only that, he also has a lesser hitbox and the most dangerous part of him is a simple rocket launcher. I'd say scrake too could benefit from being tinier.
My personal Opinion on which looks/Style are the best: Clot: KF1 (The electro pads that are still on his body give the vibe, he also looks like starved vampire) Bloat: KFMod/KF1 (The hanging Organs and the stapled stomach are a detail, the pierced nippels of the KF1 bloat are a cool detail) Gorefast: KF1/KF2 (The defined muscle tissue and the "skinned" looks of KF2 are great, but the determined look of the KF1 give a murder vibe) Crawler: KF1/KF2 (KF1 makes him look much more like a spider, KF2 makes him act and behave like a spider) Stalker: KFMOD/KF1 (KFMOD with the detailed genital hair and the nipples make it much more sick knowing it was a human, KF1 the gandages and the voice give an eerie feel to her) Siren: KFMOD (She looks kinda normal and acts like someone trying to escape a straight jacket, but the cuts and the empty sockets show her tortured creature) Husk: KF1 (Husk looks much more like a test subject, in KF2 he looks like a walking candle) Scrake: KF2 (He looks beefy, he taunts you from afar and he looks like he is enjoying it. The "Wide" open, shark like mouth is also great) Fleshpound: KF2 (Also a big beefy boy, looks partially like twisted, mangled metal and his blenders look heavy and ready to spin) Patriarch: KFMOD (He looks literally like a human that had been genetically transformed to some nightmare with a faint human resemblance)
KF Mod is the scariest version of Killing Floor there is in my opinion everything about it is just horrifying the breathing the Zed's do is honestly fucking scary also they look like shit straight out of nightmare's I feel KF has went a little to far into them looking like Animal's/Monster's I mean they did in the past at least in the Monster department but now they just look way to non Human I feel Tripwire should back it up a little and make the Zeds in KF3 look a little bit more Human to show that is what they were cloned after anyway of course not to the level of KF Mod but at least on the level of KF1 and one more thing I hate the design for the Patriarch in KF2 I feel they ruined him completely like I get making him look more messed up but they went the complete wrong way
Well if the trailer is any indication they definitely seem to be going further away from human-like zeds in KF3. They do however look more intelligent and lifelike. I'm all for the futuristic look if the weapons feel authentic. It will make EDARs fit in better with the rest of the zeds.
I hope that patriarch in kf3 would have some simillarities to his kfmod and kf1 counterparts cuz ngl kf2 patriarch feels pretty meh comparing to his previous versions

only 5 (technically 3) characters throughout the franchise weren't completely naked (Husk KF1, Fleshpound KF1, and Patriarch KF1), and only one of them wore a shirt and pants. The scrake, in all 3 games.
What's with the background noises in all these recordings? Are they part of the actual files? Because I always assumed they did things in a soundproof chamber.
Ive witnessed kf1 Scrake claim the souls of my entire squad then after killing me last, he chuckled. This of course happened in the span of just 5 seconds. Scrake was no joke in his peak lol.

KFmod feels way more gritty and dark and scary, when KF2 has a more monster like feel to it.
KF2 is more of an action horde shooter game.

Also the husk in kf1 is much more brutal due to how often he spam his fireball the only thing that kf2 husk did better is the suicide part
