Honda Lawn Mower HRN 216 VLA Transmission Repair

Honda walk behind mower auto drive seized up after one year. The shaft was rusted and seized to one side of the transmission.

Thanks my drive was not working same as you but I tried to turn the transmission shaft with vice grips it was seized as well so I sprayed wd40 white lithium worked it through and it freed up and works great I did without removing the transmission so give a try

Not much info in this video. We wanted to know where and how the spring is connected back in there. But you didn't show any removal or reinstallation of the trans assembly.
