I like Canton have a friend who lives there that I work with. I'm thinking of moving from the Southside to the Northside pretty soon. Canton & Gainesville is on my list.
What makes you think that the schools here are good? I graduated from Cherokee High School a year ago, and I went to R.M.Moore Elementary and Teasley Middle, which are the schools that Canton is zoned for. My mom was a bus driver for Knox elementary, which is the other elementary school Canton is zoned for. I'm just curious about what aspects of these schools make them sound "good" to you. Not that they're horrid schools, but I got PTSD from TMS and CHS and there's a lot of teachers quitting because of the atmosphere. Also, that white building at 7:19 is the old court house and jail, and it's not used for much besides from high schooler's photo ops before hoco and prom. I found it interesting that you didn't show the backside of Downtown Canton, only the front side. Canton is a much more vast and culturally diverse city than you have shown. Also your audio cuts out at 9:32.

Canton is a developers dream, more room to build appartments, condos, retail space and sfh, watch as it grows over the next 2-4yrs.
