Hey guys, I just realized when I edited the video I cut short part of the hard point part, so, here it is. You want 2 L beams on top, two multicannons on each top wing, 2 beam lasers on bottom. One multicannon on bottom. Multicannons are overcharged, one with corrosive and one with incendiary. Beams are all Efficient with thermal vent.
My two cents. Self heat damage due to overheating is not as problematic as the alarm on your ship think it is. The heat dissipation of a efficient beams is questionable if time on target is not on point. Thermal conduit is a better option for DPS sake.
Im glad your happy doing what your doing with your builds but i hope new players dont copy your builds thinking there good. Long story short if your new and looking for optimized build look else where

Prismatic all the things. Saving my pennies now so I can stock up as soon as I unlock them. Figure I can buy enough to outfit anything I might ever plan to fly. Especially since I don't want 20 ships like so many folks seem to have.
Hey CMDR could not agree more I want everything on my ship so that I can do whatever I want without having to rebuild it every time. The game has sort of turned into a pissing competition rather than a great game for exploring the galaxy. O7 Cmdr.
I will say, I’m surprised you’re not overmaxing your shields. Issue with cutter is it has no maneuverability because it’s meant as a shield tank. Dirty driving, medium integrity and high shields regardless of whether they’re prismatic or 8A rating is critical for long term engagements. My build is basically that with multi cannons both corrosive and thermal as it breaks shields quick and then adds additional damage plus Wolfpack. I wouldn’t worry too much about overheating because with multi cannons it takes forever. The only risk you manage to deal with is losing ammo, but that’s what materials are for in order to resynthesize.
Prismatic are easy to get... just cost credits and a few weeks wait time. ( credit should be around 575mill ) I u wan to buy all at once 1 8a---300 mill 2 7a-- 200mill 2 6a--50mill 2 5a--- 14 mill
awesome man. I'm steadily grinding out my rank for this ship right now, I wanna try fitting all medium slots with Flechette launchers for a pirate build.
They're two completely different ships. Corvette is for conflict zones and hazRES. Cutter is more of a "Super Luxury ,super fast in a straight line, very very expensive cargo ship, or a miner better than what you'd ever need. Basically the magic trio is : Anaconda jump and explore (good for exploration rank), Corvette kill and destroy (combat rank) and Cutter for mining and cargo (trading rank). They're all good only in their category. Anaconda is decent for everything, but I'd use it just for exploring the galaxy.
I have 0 guardian shield packs and double your shields. Also anyone with phasing your dead. One of the biggest mistakes cutter pilots make having no hull

you want a good jump range but use the 2H vehicle hangar that is heavier, strange choice

The cutter can be suprisingly agile with fa off boosting and controling the drift

Dont use turrets on a pirate build, you re chasing your targets not fighting with them 🙃
I liked the build I actually run pulse lasers instead of the beams and they do just as well

Just unlocked the corvette finally and watching the turn rate on the cutter is painful lol won't be bothering with another rank grind

The cutter does turn fine with fa off boosting and drift control. It just takes practice

@@valgo8128 8a prismatic 5 shield booster with heavy duty super cap 2 thermal res and 1 res booster will give you 8.6k shield with good resistences
