I am pretty sure that golden albino axolotl in your 8-month-old "adult" tank is the one I bought early this spring! She just laid about a billion eggs all over the tank and your protégé Aidan recommended I find you for advice!

Actually you can get mini axolotls. They will always stay small. Depends on the genetics.
