I love to see Modrić jersey in the background, glad to see another Croatian making money with phones, you've really done well for yourself, good for you man. I myself fix and flip phones here in Croatia too, it's a much smaller market meaning there are less opportunities, so it's much harder than in Canada, I guess. I make around $900-1100 a month. It's a little less than average Croatian salary and I only work for about 8 hours a week, pretty happy considering I'm still in college.
That’s awesome! Where do you sell your phones? njuškalo? I’m actually looking to start exporting inventory to Croatia, the prices look very good there. Do phones sell fast?
I replied to your comment but seems like RUclips deleted my reply. So anyways, I would say 80% of my sales come from Facebook marketplace and 20% from Njuškalo. Njuškalo is just not that effective it seems, I know why it's like that but if I start explaining I can go on and on for days. When it comes to how fast they sell, right now I haven't had a single phone for more than 4 days, most of the time I post a phone and it's sold tomorrow. But that's because I change batteries and I can spot weld too, so I almost always sell phones with 100% battery health which sounds very good to the customers, but I sell for a reasonable price too. I have also sold broken phones (FaceID not working, volume buttons not working, speakers not working) and they all sold like crazy for the right price. As for the exporting part of the story, I think that would be good I sometimes watch your videos and am beyond shocked at how low of a price you get them for compared to Croatian prices. I can give you my email or phone number, if you want, so that we can connect over mail or Whatsapp and continue the conversation, maybe we could make some money together. Such as broken Face ID, battery not charging, flickering screen, etc. Most of these issues are said to be replaced with a screen repair or battery replacement, but I've seen some sources say that sometimes those things don't work.
Thank you! Certain issues can’t be fixed unless you understand soldering etc, I recommend avoiding those phones if you are having issues. Just stick to basic screen replacements and back glass while you build up capital
Thank you for the video! One question: How do I know what is a good price to buy the phone for and how much to sell it? Also, where can I get cheap parts (screen, charging cables, protecting screen etc.)?
I do this with cameras. I buy them locally and sell them on eBay. I started January 2023 and finished up 2023 with 85k in sales, about 30k in profit. Hoping this year I can double that! i have made decent money with phone flipping around 1000€-2000€ a month in finland but sometimes there is some suprice errors or sloppy mistakes repairing too expensive, selling too cheap because no buyers, breaking phone after fixing, sleeping when there is buyers, doing to much making 5 deals at the same time stressing tf out and crashing. I am thinking i should get many screens for cheap from china before hand then it would be better profit and more chill because i only need to buy fix at home and sell ,not hustling with repairer…. simply need to focus more do it more smoothly i am so fkn lazy and sloppy….😂😂
