So you need to redo the glitch for solo public session

If you are quick enough and they fly low enough you can steal a lot of the different helicopters.
Still need to try it on alot of missions and also curious if you can steal one in survival though.

I've done this on Dr Dre mission where npc crashes next to army base. I had no ride, so I took an enemy helicopter that was close to water, but wasn't destroyed. Would be interesting in heists that allow all weapons.

The tank guns still work, the only thing it disabled is the engine so it cant move around

@@fps_maniac7937 To make this even more painful, EMP shells only disable ground vehicles for five seconds, making it nearly negligible against them. I was hoping that the EMP would at least shut down the turrets so that they couldn't be used, but since the previous EMPs we saw in Online only affected the engines of vehicles, Rockstar recycled that rather than tweaking it to affect the entire vehicle
