As a person who has interviewed and recruited 100s of Indian developers throughout my career. I can tell you this first hand. The pool may be large and cheap, but incompetence is huge and they tend to do anything to save face, including not owning mistakes.
this is race four my countree. my colour good colour. all colour amazing colour. Why you say this four me. every humanitarian same four equalitee and convenience. this man my cousin but he speak strangely. this does not mean he have terrible branes.
@@RanjakarPatel this is not racist and equally nothing to do with colour. The first observation is based on having an incredibly large talent pool, now I believe incompetence increases with sample size, exponentially rather than linearly. And my second comment is from a cultural observation of the majority but its not true for all, you could call it stereotyping, but its hardly racist. I would like to highlight that it was an Indian co-worker that first raised the second point to my attention.
Same problem here in India, most of these so called "developers" don't know sh*t, they are absolutely terrible. Here every company has those few God Devs who are the real developers, keeping the operations running and the company alive. But because of these wannabe developers, companies are looking towards AI, which is gonna replace a lot of developers in the next 15 years.
@@Friskni i will never hurt any humanitarian. even if you are colour purple i will be kindness and kiss four your feets. you remind four me why i cry all the night because no kindness four me. no kindness four my countree. i hurting. i hurting because four youre words!
There are many reasons the UK economy is in a mess, one big reason is that in IT, British companies won't employ British people who pay tax in the UK. The UK economy is where people from overseas come to take NOT give.
Also, your company is small, it benefits from flexibility and speed of a smaller team. the reason you are faster than 50 devs is because there is no chain of command or waiting for decisions / consensus. This is your advantage and allows you to nurture an early product fast. Scaling up employees may harm you in this moment and thus this is the critical decision, to hire 5 rockstars vs 50 average cheap people, is your product really there yet? will your product suffer from you being distanced from it? because thats what will happen, if you hire 50 people you will find yourself managing 50 people.
