What is fun for me about these super dirty kids rugs is how you can't see anything at first, but as you clean it, it reveals what the cute animal/design is on it haha

I miss the little cards giving information on what youre using or doing and why. It really made the video more informative and interesting to watch!! Because sometimes it just feels so random, like what is the red soap and what does it do? Love your videos, just think some more info would really make them great
I tried to clean my rug the other day, the way I watched you do it. I have a whole new appreciation for your hard work, it is much harder than it looks! And my rug didn't come out nearly as clean as yours 😅

That red soap made it look like a crime scene. A violent crime scene lol.
I've been to a violent crime scene with a cleanup crew. Someone got murdered in a meth house and the forensic team had finished a couple days prior. Everything was varying shades of brown or near-black and reeked of chemicals. The blood pool hadn't completely dried and had this weird syrupy consistency and had like almost no red in it. I'm assuming either from chemical contamination(place was COVERED in drug residue and toxic stuff) or just a natural breakdown of the hemoglobin in the blood making it look more like gooey rust
lol when he’s power washing and the red leaks out from under the rug, looked like a scene out of a horror movie

You;re going to have to get that floor replaced soon. Might I suggest, instead of a film, you have the floor coated with an industrial floor sealant? The heavy truck workshop I used to work in had it done, and it was brilliant - it was tough as nails (people dropped things on the floor all the time and it never chipped) and it wiped clean easily even with really disgusting grime all over it after a dirty job. Sump oil, bearing grease, coolant, cement slurry and livestock muck all just wiped off. After a job you;d give your bay a quick mop, and once a week we rolled all the vehicles out of the workshop and gave the whole floor a once-over with a little bit of detergent in a walk-behind floor scrubber machine.

I like the new red cleaner your using. Is it a bactericide? How does it differ from the blue cleaner you use sometimes? Wonderful video I really liked how the spots on the rug popped out as it became cleaner. Have a great weekend.

Some people say this is all fake, but I choose to believe that you are as good as advertised. 😁
He is able to get all that dirt out. That's not the fake part. The fake part is how these rugs came to be this dirty. Why would a child's rug look like it was used in a pig pen? Also why would someone then pay to have this cleaned professionally instead of just buying a new rug?
@@randallmittman1931 people dont pay him to clean it, he finds them in dumps. and even if someone did pay him, something as simple as a rug can hold sentimental value.
I try to just enjoy the transformation but in the back of my mind I always assume this is staged just like the rust “restoration” videos. Those are artificially rusted and then cleaned again. It’s probably the same for these rugs most of the time. Still can’t help but watch these rugs transform though.

Wow, I didn't realize how bad things were (as if it being black and crusted with slime) until the grey background started turning a subtle blue and the polka dots were starting to come through. Great work on an adorable little rug ❤

As a professional janitor, and have done stuff like this back in the late 90's and into 2010s, this ASMR content is quite soothing. But I miss doing the actual work. Your videos are very satisfying but actually doing the work yourself is a whole other level of ASMR!!! And then seeing the finished job weather the rug survived or not... Well, at least it's clean lol!!!

What solution do you guys use for the cleaner/shampooer? This is for a residential upright machine but I figure what you use would also work and probably cheaper than the $20 for 50floz solution found in most superstores.
At the beginning, when only the eyes were visible, it reminded me of an indie horror game. Even with the entire rug cleaned up, the eyes look like they have seen some terrible things.
I wish you talked a little bit in the vids, not too much but maybe like once or twice every other step in the cleaning. Also when the vid starts you could give us some background on where the rug was or how long it has been there

Do the different colored cleaners each serve a different purpose, or is the colorant just for fun?
Is there any difference in the separate colors of the foaming agents? I guess the blue helps brighten the rug, but is there any special agents in the yellow and orange foams?
