You know, I kinda miss the little subtitles that explain what you're doing, what the purpose of each soap is, and how your machines function. The gurgling sounds of your reverse water vacuum would have given me nightmares as a child.
I miss the on screen explanation of what you were putting on the rug. What's the green, yellow, and blue stuff do ? And what's the stuff you sprinkle on the soap ?
These are all different shampoos for different purposes. One of them is an oxy mix, which refreshes colors, and help removing soils. The blue detergent is for very hard to remove stains.
its always the same explanations, so if you just go back to an older vid that has them, itll explain it all in his words. honestly im glad he doesnt put them in the vids anymore cuz those of us who watch this channel a lot just have to see the same explanation for the same stuff and same steps over and over again. sometimes its even covered the view of the rug during the best parts too which is annoying. i understand wanting to know what each thing does tho, he lists all the stuff he uses as well as what they do within some links in the description of the video, and they are the same wordings as what he puts in the video, super convenient and id recommend checking it out since you want to know more about the chemicals and process.
Same here. Knowing what different things are and what they do fascinates me. I wish he would put the explanations on the screen again. I know some people find it annoying, but I don’t!
Just what I needed! I loved the flapping rug bit when the water is hosed underneath. Reminds me of an original Star Trek episode. The special effects were a bit cheap in those days!
I'd like to see some history of these rugs, like where on earth were they that they got this filthy? What will happen to the rug after you've made it spotless?
@@MountainRugCleaningThank you for that. I would also like to know the back stories on the rugs and what happened to them after you worked your magic.
Definitely.A resurrection from near death, & the new life of a designed piece of art & beauty rather than a blind rejection into oblivion... Rather the skill, function, & beauty of procreation & restoration rather than the waste of a throw away society...
I'd really love to see captions once in a while again. You are using new products and I'd like to know what they are and what they do. I watch your videos every day and they do so much to help this extreme insomniac sleep.
I suspect that many of these rugs are rescued from storm areas & natural disasters.( New Orleans flooding perhaps)??? If this being the case, it's nice to see venerable & artisan pieces valued for restoration rather than wasted on worms & earth... The original procreation of beauty & human talent restored rather than wastefully thrown away... It honors the talent & vision of the human procreators as well as their creator - our heavenly Father... Each piece is a testimony to the creative ability that GOD places in each of us, & is a small reflection of HIS beauty & intent...
Friday morning with James and coffee, it doesn't get any better. It amazes me how much dirt this rug held and it just kept coming. I really like this style of rug, round and beautiful. Would love to know the purpose of the new products you use and I most enjoy your regular speed videos. Thanks, James.🥰❤
Sir WHEN I TELL YOU I AM IN AHH AT HOW YOU CLEAN THIS RUG I COULD NOT TAKE MY EYES OFF OFF THIS I HAVE SEEN YOUR OTHER VIDEOS BUT THIS ONE YESSSS YOU DID THAT ❤❤❤❤❤
I will never understand how people can allow these beautiful rugs to be so abused. I understand if there was a fire or flood, but just leaving them out in the garden? Thank you for bringing them back to life!
The post on Facebook that you sent was the photo for the game and I wanted to say the answer: 2! Also wish me luck for the yell and cheerdance at somewhere as an Junior High in the Philippines!
I think one video a month or two... should have a description of what you do... to remind viewers. I don't think we need every video, but none is also doesn't tell us...
(1) I hope you take care of your lower back as good as you do these rugs! (2) I adore the pun-based names for your equipment! - This video was the first I’m personally seeing the Lu-Squeegee, and then when you used the Water Squeegee, I thought you could name it “Walu-Squeegee” (Waluigi + Water Squeegee)!!! Love your vids!
Thank You! I really enjoy most of the views and perspectives and methods you are using in your videos. The only exception is when you have the camera attached to the moving hose or brush. That particular moving visual effects my vertigo and starts to cause some nausea. Otherwise all is good.
Your rug cleaning videos are my favorites. I’m curious about the bright blue two-step product that you brush into the rugs. What is it? It seems to be very effective at the stage when you use it. Also, a lot of excess dye comes out with the dirt. Do you use Synthrapol to control the dye run off? (I’m an amateur wool and cotton dyer/crafter.) Thanks.
I love your videos and find them so relaxing the only thing I'd like to know is if there's anything you do to be more eco friendly I always worry about the amount of water used since it looks like so much and I don't think it'd be possible to reuse it. Asking out of genuine curiosity with no judgement 😊
Have you considered using the crb on the back of the rug? I’ve seen other rug cleaners do it on synthetic rugs and it might help for the extra dirty backs.
such a rewarding job, getting rid of all that dirt, and giving that rug a new lease of life. It would be great if you could dry the carpet so people can see the end result.
If you are looking to name another thing in there (love all the names of the tools btw), maybe the blue liquid can be called "Smurf Turf" when it is on the rugs.
Well done - such satisfaction. I like the aerial views but balanced more with the methodical sweeps & rinse, slo-mo, and closeup at near ground level. I always enjoy the artisiic spiral of detergent right down to the last dribble because I know I'm in for a treat of a video from you. When Dirt Reynolds went to work, I actually felt my body relax. I look forward to your video. Thank you - well appreciated.
It's the water the vacuum removed. Showing that the water is clear is the sign that the rug has been fully cleaned. There have been a couple of videos where the water in the bucket was still dirty so he had to go back and clean it a few more times.
I don't know how is the retention rate of your videos, but I suggest you cut/speed up the last half of it, where we don't see big changes in the rug's appearance. I find the first half of the videos more entertaining/satisfying to watch and end up skipping the last portion of it to the end result.
Yes! I find myself wondering about the rugs...where they come from, how old they are, how did they get so dirty...was someone using them for their chicken coop, etc? And where they go after cleaning. Some of them I'd love to have in my house😊
funny part... is there is a bathmat... which has living mosses which are fine with being stepped on... and will happily live with just the drips from getting out of a shower.
What do you think I could do with these videos to make them more entertaining for you ?
You know, I kinda miss the little subtitles that explain what you're doing, what the purpose of each soap is, and how your machines function. The gurgling sounds of your reverse water vacuum would have given me nightmares as a child.
The scraping of Lu-squeege is a bit too harsh i think
I would also like to see the return of the subtitles and I personally, like the scraping sounds. It helps me keep time on my treadmill!😂
Love to see your centrifuge in action. I'm also curious how you fill your water container and dispose all that dirty water
A question and answer session would be a good idea. Get someone else to clean while you concentrate on interacting with us.

You’re like the bob ross of carpet cleaning ❤ so relaxing and enjoyable to watch

This was dumped in someone's garden and lived behind a shed for over a year.

@MountainRugCleaning this description is great we definitely need more back story on these
Agreed, knowing the backstory to each rug featured would make this RUclips creater better

0:40 left side of screen. That spider is NOT having a good day😂😂
I like it when you flood the rug to remove the blue shampoo.🥰💙
Roots, bugs and moss, oh my!!!🤢
Awesome job!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

You do not need to do anything. The videos are great as they are sir.
I don’t know what it is about these videos but they’re very calming, cleansing and relaxing to watch. 😂😂😂
I love how the colors just pop out as the cleaner the rug gets
That rug was just NASTY! Amazing work!

The close-up of the carpet edge in the beginning reminded me of an ariel view of a scoreline.

It's a bit too rough for that.

If you are looking to name another thing in there (love all the names of the tools btw), maybe the blue liquid can be called "Smurf Turf" when it is on the rugs.
Or the vacuum could be called "Count Vacula". Sorry I got on a roll. I'll stop now :)
do a manual scrub complication

Where did this rug come from?
Fight yellow-green dirt and moss with yellow-green soap and detergent lmao

Can we see it in action anytime soon ?

Was that a tape worm???

I'd love to see how all this filthy water and chemicals are treated once they get in the trough...
Or does it all jist go down the drain?

not really into these super thin and flat circle rugs tbh, but the video is well made as usual :)
