I loved the US NBC version, but it sucks it was cancelled because it was truly good and I'm happy that there was a remake of the show because abuse against men need to be brought a light too
@@lsteven8443 I just found out that the *US* version was the remake about a year ago, but thank you for the reply even though I'm just now seeing this and both versions are good, but something about thus one makes you feel the pain even more especially certain scenes
Yeah, the US version was a spin-off of the Turkish one, but it didn't happen in Turkey. The script is based on a book, which is also the base of the US movie Sleepers (which is why there are many similarities between Suskunlar and Sleepers). It's a true story though

The bigger problem about the turkey series is about 4 or 5. 1st, they cancel the series of a bad manner, when much.public have liked the series, 2nd, so many episodes, the public get tired, and abandon the series, 3rd problem they kill the main characters 99% to the time, 4th problem, much of them are super conservatives, which isn't true in our 21 century, for less a Kiss in some moment for the main characters is ok, over all.if.they are singles, better for turkey, maybe they get in love by real, and they get married, more weddings for their country, but not nothing, it look like.they only show series for Turkey Public, for nothing more, and until in Turkey this isn't real, the young persons get in love, and they kiss each other in 21st century, the country and.the culture not matter about young people.who be in love each other

Actually the US NBc version was a remake of this one. This version is actually partially a true story which happened in Turkey
