In a nutshell, they've played very defensive and way to cautions in attack, probably afraid of doing so for obvious reasons. In fact, they didn't lose their composure when they've received the goal. The other mistake is that England manager gave too much pressure and responsibility to younger and inexperienced players to take the penalties, that serves you well, I may add.. In a footnote, a certain Tom Cruise should know better than hanging out with a bunch of chronic losers who apparently haven't got the fabric to play football at high level, if I were in your shoes, I would personally stick with your silly cricket and let the pros play football, just to avoid further embarrassment.
