my suggestion on placement of the long white table :
Against the railing , so if you clean out that area from what I see is just a small shoe rack and a few other things, It looks like that table will fit there against that wall. That would give you the most "open" feeling I think. I would put the bins that are against the wall with the drums, under the white table, I know those you are trying to whittle down over time. This still leaves a nice space on the wall with the drums for a shoe storage unit. This now leaves the entire middle of the room nice and open, you can put down the rug and I think that would feel like it's really nice and airy feeling.
I think the placement of the table against the railing, because of the height of the railing, you would be more likely to keep that surface free of clutter and not let it become sort of a "drop zone" due to there being no "back" to the table and things could easily go over the railing. this isn't a concern if the purpose of the table is to use it to sort, and then photograph shoes :)
I would move the manequeen to the end of where the new rack is and where the mannequin is right now I would put your little drawer unit that is going to be your shipping items. Your ring light can likely be slid into another little corner somewhere. I think this only leaves the blue bin where I just moved the mannequin, if that is a sorting bin that you need to have accessible at all times then I think I would likely put that under the white table. This I believe leaves everything with a home against a wall, or under the white table, there might be one or two of the OSB bins that still may need to sit where they are, or for the interim until you sell off a bit more or donate etc, they could just be one high, side by side under the area you use for photography. they would be out of the way, only single high so likely would not impede pictures and just be short term until you work through a little bit more of your over sized goods. You have done an INCREDIBLE job Lisa, absolutely phenomenal. There was SO much work that had to be done to get all this to happen, it wasn't just a case of moving a bunch of bins, and even that in itself was a ton of work considering most of this manual work you have done on your own, just on weekends and also you know ...being a Mom, and living a life as well as taking on this huge project. You have sorted thru a TON of stuff, made decisions, executed those decisions, moved stuff out of your inventory, and also continued to bring in new fresh inventory because even though you are trying to downsize the overall inventory # that does not mean you can just stop adding in new fresh items because that is a great way to really stall the sales of your loyal shoppers who are shopping with you on a consistent basis. I am SO proud of you Lisa!!!!! I truly wish I could give you a huge hug!!! You are 90% there...the last 10% is going to feel absolutely amazing and that is the really fun part where you can put your fave little things on your desk and shelves etc!! Also, I LOVE seeing that sparkly basket that has your mailer envelops.. that is where you used to keep your empties I think, and at one time you had your hair tools in there, and I am pretty sure it came in PR filled with goodies, so it brings back lots of good memories of your beauty content which i still watch and enjoy so much!!
Also...be sure to put all of these videos into a playlist for a before and after clean up, those really do well :)
If the table fits, this set up might work! Also opening up the middle and having it clear of stuff will make the space look and feel bigger and also give your daughter a place to play while you're getting some work done😊

I always see your videos because I'm subscribed and it comes across my feed, but to get new viewers, I would suggest putting the word "reseller" in your title. "Reseller office organization" is a very popular topic I think.
You actually did all that a lot faster than I thought it would take.
When you add the sku to Vendoo do a quick delist/relist. You'll Thank yourself when all your SKUs are in your listings when you pull sales. I use my phone for this. Super quick.
If you have any wall space on that back wall...the large command hooks will hold 6 items each. I have rows of them on a wall. I can store about 30 items there.
Yes definitely don’t burn yourself out on RUclips videos!!! Better to have less and you stick around! 😁 My 2 cents for your upstairs is to really work on getting all the listed inventory (shoes, bins) downstairs. When you went through that “z” box, you were able to quickly get rid of multiple old listings. If you do that with a few bins downstairs, maybe you can get rid of enough to meld the upstairs bins downstairs. Also have you gone through your shoes for old listings that you think may not sell? My thought (at least for how my brain works) is if you were able to have an “absolutely no listed inventory” upstairs, it could feel like a much more productive area for you. And you wouldn’t have that “ugh I wish these bins weren’t up here” feeling every time you go to get some work done! I’m currently trying to do a super declutter of my house because the clutter everywhere brings me stress every time I walk in the door!!! I’m also a mom (8 year old boy), and I have a M-F 8-5 job plus another job I do at home on my computer. Walking into a house full of clutter makes me feel sooooooo unmotivated to do more work!!!! So happy to hear that you feel better now!! Also I want to say that I’ve been watching you for forever (I switched my user name, but I think my old user name was my name (also Lisa lol)). We are about the same age and we have both gone through soooo many life changes over the last years!!! I remember when I was little I always thought 30 was old and my life would be totally settled and happy and “normal” (whatever that means)…HA!!! Life seems to always have a trick up it’s sleeve!!! Anyway apologies for the book comment!!! You are such a hard worker and a great mom and should be so proud of yourself for keeping on keeping on!!!! I know it’s hard!!!!

Alright, here come suggestions!
- 👖 You have tons of space in your jeans closet! Keep stacking them vertically, but fold them more flat but long, so you use the wasted space between your stacks and the doors.
- 🖼️ There are tons of space on the wall along your stairs! Your moodboard fits here perfectly, but fill it a little more!
- 👟 On the downstairs shelving, doublestack sneakers and all the flat ones, so both shoes only take up the place for one. Maybe boxes on the top for all the extras?
And can the little upstairs shelve with 👠 go downstairs left of the door under the window?
- 📦 reduction: take one of the downstairs boxes that still have space, go quickly through it and sort things out to donate or send to threadup. Now take a upstairs box and put as much in as you can, just overwrite the old label (and yes, change its place in vendoo)
