I went Santo Domingo on Halloween and Juan Dolio for the New Year. I rode the Caribe Tour bus too. It was a few shorties there. I may have to go back for Spring Break just to chill. It is mesmerizing.

Real estate good as a job or side job? I'm currently in Florida and I just signed up for the classes yesterday. Just doing a chapter a day for now. I also could get my citizenship also for the Dominican republic which I plan to(duel citizenship baby), and way in the future I want to own shit over there. Since my family already owns land in the country side.
Real estate is my full time job. I buy up the hood and make it beautiful. I just got a small piece of land outside Sosua. I will build a house there.

Been to Rio and Cartagena. How does the DR compare in your opinion?
Don't know anything about Rio, but DR is a lot safer than Cartagena. But Both are a win in my book.
I've been to Rio 3 times and the DR twice. Rio is a longer flight could be 15 hrs. depending on your location. It depends on what you like. I can't pick a favorite. The love both places. My trip next week is 5 Hrs. Compared to 15 Hrs. So the difference is 10 hrs. Your winning with either choice passport bro.

in sosua the best place is Caribe express it's on side of Super Pola. have your Passport with you. Fast easy with good rates. But they have many other spots in Sosua also.

It depend on the city and what your into. When I started coming here I had about 1400 for 8 days. And I never spent anywhere close to all of it.
