Dear judge i just learned about them and just realized i am only about 30 minuts away from the omlin family. We love your shows and thank you for educating all of us. The Dillards from Wenatchee wa. ps are you really a judge. our guess is yes. your the best. love you.
Excellent live...I Love Woodinville. I've finished off a couple of 90 proof bottles, had a couple of picks, but definitely have to try and find that Rye. Keep those lives coming!
Crazy! I am in WA state and just picked up their Port Finish and a store pick cask strength bourbon from them as well. Cracked the Port Finish tonight, it's quite tasty.
Come visit Woodinville! You and Mrs. Judge would love it! We lived there for almost ten years, now living in Alabama. Lots to do in woodinville. On my next trip I'm going to buy a port and moscatel finish. That one intrigues me. They make a good product.
Great content bourbon judge. Enjoy seeing you speak to people from the actual distillery .woodinville seems to get a lot of mixed reviews but personally i have really enjoyed all the expressions i have tried myself.
Like the judge. I am a Woodinville fan guy. it is my absolute favorite distillery. granted ,I grew up in Seattle. Making me a total homer. but holy crap it’s good stuff!
Nice episode Bourbon Judge. You do a great job with special guests. BTW, have you ever had Whistle Pig rye, specifically their Boss Hog selections? I believe WP are all 100% rye.
Thanks Joe. Genuinely appreciate that sir. I’ve had WP Boss Hog but only at a bar. That $500 price for the bottle gets me. I do enjoy and own a store pick of their 10 yr. Yes indeed solid ryes!!
Availability has been decent in SC for a craft distillery from the opposite coast. I really like the single barrel store pick barrel proof, have had 6 bottles, all good. I've also had the port finished bourbon and prefer it over AE. Need to get my hands on that rye!
I guess Woodinville is an acquired taste. There are several WhiskeyTubers that detest Woodinville, David at Whiskey Row and Shawn from Whiskey Wars in particular. To each his own 😊
Woodinville is great. Their rye is my favorite go to rye. It’s probably not a big deal but I think they should consider changing the bottle design. Such a great whiskey, but I think the bottle design makes it look like a cheaper, less refined product. Of course I could be wrong. I’m just speaking as a consumer.
@@BourbonJudge if you like Woodinville like I do then the bottle doesn’t really matter. But a good bottle design can catch a potential buyers eye. The stuff inside is great, that’s the most important thing. I think we can agree on that?
@@cletusjones9411 I love the bottle design as well, cunky, VERY heavy glass with lip flange and extra chunky natural wood cork. Design is just like taste, it's subjective. For example Smokewagon's Bottle design everyone seems to love but I don't. In the end what's inside is the bottle that truly gets people to re buy it.
Dear God, thank you for this episode, lol. I love love love Woodinville Bourbon, probably my favorite. Thanks for this Judge!
Anytime DB… cheers
As a Washingtonian, love to see this content.

Just found a bottle straight bourbon in Maryland. Look forward to first drink
This was an enjoyable episode. I want her job. If I can't have that, a bottle of the Moscatel finish will do. :)
Haha I hear ya Toni…
This was a really enjoyable episode. I will check out if they are in Texas.
I seen some store pick either at Specs or Total Wine.
