Once released, Fuwatti will have two special interactions in Double Trouble. These are as follows;
Fuwatti & Ao Oni: Ao Oni will be able to pick up Fuwatti and use him as a projectile.
Fuwatti & Fuwatti: Both Fuwattis will be able to merge into a larger Fuwatti, which one player controls and the other spectates. This merged Fuwatti would also be able to do massive damage

Note that the kill animation shown in this video isn’t done yet. However, everything else with Fuwatti seems to be nearly or already complete. Judging by how we now have Vita Mimic released (another character we knew was completed shortly before their release) it seems that Fuwatti is likely to be the next killer as he’s the only one we know whose nearly complete and seen by the public multiple times in lobbies.

I have a theory that when this will be used for the game you can throw him and he'll latch on to people but disappear after to give him a nerf. He could also get his own character, or the least likely he'll just be a skin for ao oni

In fact, in Double Trouble, if you play with Ao Oni and the other player has Fuwatti, you will be able to do that interaction, and Fuwatti will not be a skin, it will be a new playable monster
