The one time I had a Thai massage was amazing. It felt like I'd paid someone to beat me up but it felt so good once I stopped screaming. I almost walked out without my shoes because I was so dazed.

When it does hurt it is definitely a "good hurt". It really helps range of motion, too.

The massage was performed by someone who is also a cuddle therapist and for the first time ever I fell asleep multiple times during the cuddling.
When doing those extreme stretches or steppings, resist whining or screaming. Let your breathing go in tandem with the stretches. Maintain ease. Your body knows how to react most beneficially if the stretch or pressure is right.
You have to breathe out when getting these massages instead of holding your breath, it looked like you got it mid-way through. Wonderful! Massage is good for us.
During a similar massage at a cuddle therapist I usually need to be reminded to breath because I otherwise forget to do so and also hold my breath. With some of the painful moments I definitely need to be reminded to breath because my body otherwise stays much more tense.

I must say after your crazy South American naked survival show I swore I would never think of Superman or the Lone Ranger as being my heroes ever again. You got my vote for stud of the century. Thanks for the memories.
I desperately need the stretch at 7:00 wow that feels good! Thai massage looks like my fav massage
Amazing. I use to work in that exact building and never knew this existed. after 20 years of Judo and Jujitsu... my body can sure use something like this. You have definitely convinced me to try it out.
Got me missing my Thai Masseuse in Texas. Hurt so good she sends me to sleep.
Keep making the world a smaller place!!! ❤
Don’t you mean a “ bigger place” 😮
No... The more we share, the smaller it feels.
@@WilliamHayIVYou’re like Willy Wonka with your knowledge
It used to be go to Thailand and get 2 hours for the first 3 days! You feel amazing…but maybe I need twice a day for the first three days and for the first 7 days 2hours per day…
I bet it hurts but also felt good.
This looks painfully awesome
The beginning of the title of this video popped up on my watch at work and I just about had a heart attack

She put him in the Walls of Jericho
For back pain... I would check out some nice channels, like tone and tighten, or calisthenics movement. Really helped me get over some back pain.
half of these stretches were legit pro wrestling moves lmfao
Looks intense, but I really could go for a massage like that. Had to go to the ER to check on my lower back and legs because I literally could not get up from laying down. Almost done taking my inflammation prescription, but a massage sounds nice right about now.
I love how her voice was so gentle then her massages are hard core
I honestly wish I could have a Thai massage! It looked wonderful! I am in Scotland 🏴 in the UK and I will look to find similar here 😊
