In our park, a student of the Shaolin temple visiting as a foreign student used to meet weekly and invite anyone who wanted to join him to practice martial arts once per week for free. Wu long pan da was one of the techniques he taught us and I’ve practiced it for 15 years as a shoulder stretch and striking cue to loosen through the upper body for speed. I owe a debt of gratitude to Shaolin and the students!
Thank you for your lessons that you give and everything you do because you positively influence aspiring martial artist and the new generation to become better day by day

A little too late but, Wu = black; Long = dragon; Pan = 1 meaning is plate or round table, the other is twist or curl around; Da = strike Together it means "black dragon twisting strike"
Oh this is how it's called. I learned this from my kung fu master. Can you tell me the Chinese sign please? So cool I never knew this kind of use of it. I thoughts it's just like a warm up stretching.
