I grew up with Pecorino Romano from my Calabrese grandmother and mother, so it's still my favorite.

Locatelli Pecorino Romano is my fave. It's like a golden wedge.

Hmm. For Al Limone, my favorite pasta, it's a debate between Parmigiano and Pecorino and I gotta pick Parmigiano.
Risotto is an easy win for Pecorino for me because the others just aren't strong enough
Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe are traditionally made with Pecorino so it's the only option for me
And of course, the Pasta Al Burro is whichever cheese you think tastes best alone so I pick Parmigiano.

Pecorino smells and tastes very different than Cheese made from cows. I think its terrible, cant stand it in anything.

I think your pallette isn't very diverse, but opinions are like assholes.
There's no need to share them on RUclips.
