JJT On Location: Bolton's Hot Chicken and Fish

Hot chicken? Sure - whatever. Most of us locals are kind of tired of hearing about it. But I have loved Bolton's since before we even moved to Nashville in 2007. Trendy or not - their fish is awesome. (But - be warned - their idea of "mild" has drifted over the years.) I do take a couple of minutes in this episode to reflect on an entire side of Nashville that has been - in some cases very literally - shut out of the wider story. In the case of "hot chicken" - the story leaked.
